I had to cancel an appointment because I had sudden emergency surgery the day of my cats appointment. When I called back to make another one I was hung up on twice and the third time I called I was spoken too vey rude because I wanted to change an appointment to earlier time in the day. This is not the way to run a business. The doc is super kind himself, but the person ( not Gabby) that answered the day I called needs to go!
