About a month ago I called to see if I needed to bring my pet in. Before I could even finish my sentence and describe what was going on I was dismissed and told to seek a behavioral therapist. I tried multiple times during the call to explain what's going on. Fast forward after a trip to the ER and another vet visit my cat is resting safe at another vet clinic who listened and understood how serious the issue was. He could have passed away and we're lucky someone listened. They did not care. Will never come back here.

Extremely satisfied. My pets are treated with care and my concerns are adressed seriously. We appreciate all the staff and their genuine interest in all our pets.

Don't take your animals here. They do not care about them, only the money coming in. I was lied to about appointments available and given no help when having a medical emergency with my dog. Also, the times that we brought our dog in to see the vet, he legitimately spent 1 minute looking at him and refused to answer any questions and said he was "fine." After going to other vets and the pet er we found out he was not "fine," and the vet at this place did not examine our dog properly. For the sake of your pets go down the road to the other vet if you can.

Where do I start? When I called to schedule my appointment Dan was awesome. He found the perfect date and time that worked with my work schedule. He was kind and polite during the whole call. When I arrived I was greeted by Hunter and Lynne. They were both welcoming and kind. We were taken back very quickly and Dr. Michele was amazing. She answered all of my questions and was very understanding of not just my Ice baby’s needs but mine. She explained how to give him his eye medicine and complemented how well we are doing with him. I can not say enough great things about this crew. Updated from 4/5/23 Dr. Michele, Lynne and Hunter are an amazing team. They listen to your concerns and address them with love and care. My cats are treated like one of theirs. I always know they are a phone call away. Thanks for always taking care of us!

Everyone at Pennell Vet was kind and friendly. The way Ivy (my ten week old kitten) was treated was incredible. I felt like the vet who saw her was knowledgeable, considerate, and gentle with her. She helped Ivy with her needs and did a full examination. My first experience was a wonderful one and I am excited to continue trusting Pennell Vet with my baby kitty’s needs.
