I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Brooks and his staff! My timid fellow, Buddy, needed a dental cleaning, and they knew I was nervous about putting him to sleep. Dr. Brooks is very personable, and reassuring, explained the process in detail beforehand. Buddy came through it like a champ, and has pearly whites now! I highly recommend Dr. Brooks and his staff, and will definitely be back to see them!

The environment at Pembroke Veterinary Hospital is evidently designed to be welcoming and reassuring for both pets and their owners, as implied by the positive customer feedback. As a full-service pet hospital, the facility would typically feature a clean and comfortable reception area, multiple examination rooms, and dedicated spaces for advanced diagnostics, surgery, and possibly hospitalization or recovery. The atmosphere would likely strive to be calming and stress-reducing for animals, understanding that veterinary visits can often be a source of anxiety for many pets. The layout would facilitate efficient patient flow while maintaining a professional and hygienic standard essential for a medical facility. The physical environment is complemented by a staff that is described as highly personable and reassuring, further contributing to a positive and supportive experience even for nervous pets and their concerned owners. The overall impression would be one of a well-maintained and caring facility dedicated to animal welfare.

The services provided by Pembroke Veterinary Hospital are comprehensive, covering the full spectrum of care expected from a modern 'Pet Hospital.' This would involve routine wellness examinations, tailored vaccination protocols to protect against prevalent diseases, and comprehensive parasite control programs for fleas, ticks, heartworm, and intestinal parasites. Nutritional counseling and weight management advice would also be offered to support optimal pet health throughout their lives. The hospital is equipped to provide diagnostic services, which typically include in-house laboratory capabilities for rapid analysis of blood, urine, and fecal samples, aiding in prompt diagnosis. Imaging services such as digital radiography (X-rays) would be available to visualize internal structures, assisting in the diagnosis of injuries, illnesses, and organ conditions. For more complex cases, referrals to specialists might also be facilitated.

A notable service highlighted by customer reviews is dental cleaning, which is crucial for maintaining a pet's oral health and preventing systemic issues. This indicates that the hospital is equipped for veterinary dentistry, likely including scaling, polishing, and potentially extractions under anesthesia. The most helpful and informative veterinarian I have been to! Every one we interacted there was professional and kind! They found out the issue with one of my cats, tested him, and now he's now back to his old crazy lovable self! I will surely be returning with my others for any issues they may have!
