Medical instructions are very unclear and not complete. Medical service is bad too. 1. My dog had bugger on her nose. A vet gave her antibiotics. The bugger situation got worse even after using that antibiotics for ten days. I asked for allergy relief for my dog’s running nose then but the vet gave her eye ointment for inflammations. Thank god that I didn’t use it and asked another vet at the same clinic next day. He did not understand why the previous vet gave my puppy that ointment. I’ll ask for refund in the future. The second vet gave my dog another kind of antibiotics which helped. 2. Three weeks ago they changed her cast for her fracture hind leg and then today I showed up with the appointment they scheduled for me. Then they found that the cast caused her leg rotten, which cost my puppy to suffer more and needs more expensive treatment. The reason of the rot they said is she exercised too much and the cast rub it. It is not true. She only goes for a walk once two days or even less walks. And the clinic didn’t give me any instructions about exercises before after they change her cast. And the vet left before I can ask for more information about her leg or future treatments. And the staff left there (one involved with the X ray, one is not) gave me conflict information about her leg’s bone. They did three x rays in total and I’ve never been provided with any images or documents of the result of an X ray. Posted under an alias.

Like advised I dropped my pup off at 8am with no food after midnight the night before. He was getting neutered.... I called them at noon time to see how things went and was surprised that my pup had not even had the procedure yet. Apparently he was brought out back to a room and put in one of their kennels for 5hrs. Until the doctor got there ( nurse said they did take him out to pee) my dogs have not ever been in a crate... So now my 8mo old puppy is scared , hungry and no idea why he's in a cage. I voiced my concerns to 2 different nurses and was given excuses as to why it wasn't done yet...said there was a "process" and could not tell me when he would be going back. "Check back at 330". The other one said I was welcome to come get him and that this is their procedure....I reluctantly said ok still do the procedure but I do not agree with their procedure and will not bring my dogs here for neutering again. THEN.... the Dr called me, told me to just come and get my dog cause clearly they can't make me happy. I was shocked, no compassion for my concern, no trying to make me feel better. Said I was rude to her nurses which I definitely was not. I was just very concerned that my baby sat in a crate and hungry for so long. Piece of advice.....dont book so many dogs for surgery in one day, its about quality care not quanity for your pocket, also maybe talk to your client and get their side before going off on them. The only person being rude was the doctor/ owner. No compassion.....and according to alot of these reviews I see I am not alone. My 3 dogs will be going else where.

My dog is VERY resistant to anyone, especially when touching her feet for nail trims. The vets and techs know just how to get this 14-pound tassmanian devil's nails trimmed and examined without hurting her. She was also able to be groomed! I love Pembroke Animal Hospital

This was our big animal vet for a number of years, we recently moved our small animals there too. They are awesome sensible people. Prices are reasonable and service and care is perfect for our big and small animals. If you are not local to their office like me, it's worth the extra drive.

I started bringing my two dogs here for doggy day care in December. I am so happy we made the switch- the facility is so clean, the staff is amazing and truly love all the dogs! It gives me great peace of mind knowing that my dogs are being loved and taken care of while I am at work! This is how they sleep when they get home- truly exhausted from playing all day!
