I recently had to make the incredibly difficult decision to put my beloved dog, Sasha, to sleep. This was my first time going through this heart-wrenching process, and I was incredibly fortunate to have Dr. Gina and her team at Peaceful Passing by my side. Dr. Gina walked me through every step with such kindness, gentleness, and compassion. She lovingly advocated for Sasha, ensuring her comfort and dignity throughout. The process was handled with such care that I knew Sasha was in the best hands. Sasha passed away like the true queen she was, resting on her favorite satin pillow, covered in her throw, and cradled in my arms, surrounded by the people who loved her tremendously. It was a peaceful and loving farewell, which I will always be grateful for. Dr. Gina and her team made an unbearable situation a bit more bearable with their empathy and professionalism. I can't recommend Peaceful Passing highly enough. If you ever find yourself in the heartbreaking position of saying goodbye to a beloved pet, Dr. Gina is who you want by your side.

I will never use this company again, even if it was the last euthanasia service in the USA. I decided to do at home euthanasia for my 18 year old cat that was dying of oral cancer, since her regular vet was a 45 minute drive away on a good day and I wanted her to be as comfy and happy as possible when she passed. I asked to have my appointment scheduled in the afternoon, as my kitty loved sleeping in the afternoon sun. When I was talking with the receptionist to make my appointment, I explained that I only wanted an afternoon time slot. Apparently, that was too hard to understand because on the day of the appointment, I got a text at 10:30am saying that the vet team was on their way. I burst into tears because I was not ready to tell her goodbye yet. My partner had to call and explain the mix-up, and luckily the receptionist on duty that day was able to reach out to the vet team and convince them to show up in the afternoon. She apologized profusely for the misunderstanding, and honestly she's the only reason I'm leaving 1 star. When the vet team showed up, I got no warning whatsoever. No text, no call, nothing. I was in the process of getting my car her final meal, and I asked them to hold off a bit on giving the sedative because no cat should cross the rainbow bridge without experiencing the joys of a bacon cheeseburger and chocolate milkshake. My words fell of deaf ears, as she kept poking around on my cat to find a place with enough muscle to inject her. Then, she stabbed my cat with the needle, not giving either her or me a chance to prep. The scream my cat made and the trail of medication and blood she made as she ran out of the cozy and safe nest that I made her by her favorite window haunt my nightmares. She ran and hid from me, and all I could say between sobs was "I'm sorry, I'm sorry". My cat spent her last conscious moments looking up at me with fear and sadness under a coffee table. I will never forget the feeling of pulling her limp, unconscious body out from under that table. When I brought her back into the room that I wanted her to be put to sleep in, the vet and her technician didn't waste any time. They did her paw prints, shaved her arm, and put the lethal injection into her within a span of 5 minutes. All I could do was hold my sweet baby and cry. When all was said and done and she was officially gone, the vet team was practically chomping at the bit to get out of my home and go to the next appointment. They were nice enough to let me carry my sweet baby to their vehicle, but the fact that I told my kitty her final goodbyes in the trunk of a car hurts so bad. I felt more like a burden than a grieving pet parent, and I still feel like my cat will never forgive me for what I did. In the end, she didn't have a peaceful passing; she didn't get her cheeseburger, didn't get her milkshake, didn't get a chance to consciously be held by me and drift off into a peaceful sleep. When I went to go pick up my cat's ashes, I let the person working the front desk know my complaint, and she said she'd "let her manager know". I know she probably never did, because she had a look of "get the f*ck out of here, no one cares" on her face was I walked out. Don't use this service. I certainly won't.

We've used peaceful passing in the past. There is not a lot of positive that come out of putting down your beloved pet. Maybe it brings them peace and a new quality of life beyond here. The one gleaming light is peaceful passings. The service they provide with the compassion, care and professionalism is unparalleled. Thank you so much for being a warming, calming feeling during the toughest of times. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts

Not an awesome thing to go through but Dr. Tiffany was so compassionate through the entire process. Being able to let our baby go at home was easier on everyone. I would highly recommend them.
