This is our favorite vet! The staff and the doctor are so lovely and friendly and the best prices in town. Today we had our dog and kitten both seen and we were in and out with out within 40 min, including a shot for Luna (kitten). They don't try to push extra services or products, just seem to be people that genuinely love animals. So glad we found them!

I bring my dogs here, prices are fair and service is good. Just needs remodeling inside it’s outdated.

UPDATE.....Aug 2024.....Larry runs and jumps should be 9n Team USA ....thank you Dr CHOI, see you soon..... First I want to say how grateful I am to the front of the house staff. From my first call, to appointment and second visit to surgery..... this is Larry after surgery on Tuesday to today Thursday. My boy is feeling his 22 months oats.... Luxating Patello repaired for at minimum 1/3 of what 3 other vets had quoted. Dr Choi was wonderful on consultation and very straight forward. Alysia was wonderful with instructions and possible challenges for the first 24 hours. Robert was great helping me get this little guy to the car. Thank you to Paws2Health. Dr Choi is now our new vet. I would like to rark on a 1 star rating earlier regarding $6000 for a procedure. Based on the compassion I received and care and cost....there is definitely more to this posting. The front desk is overwhelmed with US.... When we walk in the door, we may want to be a little more patient and smile, take a minute and ask them how are you. You will feel better during a difficult time when our fur babies don't feel good. We were recommended by a good friend and today really let us down. The receptionist was absolutely rude. Interrupting me while explaining the reason for our visit, the tech was under the impression something was wrong with our pup. We needed flea & tick meds. That was it. The tech proceeds to tell us that she needed her third parvo, when we have an appointment on the 26th for her rabies. The tech failed to really read her records. Her third parvo was handled earlier this month. She isn’t aware that we brought a stool sample the last time, because her records don’t indicate results from a sample. No one made note of us bringing it in. The last time we were there, they took our puppy out of the room to provide her with a shot. We really didn’t think anything of it then, but we had this messy experience today, and there were so many red flags. It all came full circle. The people we trusted the most with our puppy can’t keep accurate records. A shame. This place is 100% affordable, but their standards do not align with mine. Terrible communication, moody staff, and very unprofessional work. As a fellow customer service professional, I recognize poor treatment and that’s what we received today. We will not be returning to this vet. If you decide to give it a shot, I hope your experience is nothing like ours.

After scheduling my dog for surgery (a month out) for teeth extractions, I sadly had to make the decision to cancel as I cannot afford the costs at this time. I called the front office staff and explained my situation and I asked to get my deposit back. I was told there was a fee to cancel when trying to get my money back. I was not told this when scheduling my dogs surgery nor did I receive anything in writing. Please avoid this establishment because they will pull a fast one on you. There is zero communication and all I received was a “sorry”. I am sorry I stepped into your doors. Please don’t get taken advantage of, go elsewhere!
