My Frenchie got spayed. All went well. Healing nice. The staff were great and provided instructions on after care, explained them, and provided contact information in case we experience complications. I recommend a surgical recovery suit for healing from spay or neuter. Can get them on Amazon. Frenchie still needs a cone for when we are not around, but free dog when we're home.

Wonderful caring staff! Just took my two kittens for their first vaccinations. They asked if I had any questions before and after. They gave thorough explanations of anything I wanted to know. I saw some negative reviews about how they manage things and honestly, being realistic about what it takes to run an office like theirs, I think those reviews are very unfair.

They don’t deserve any stars at all. I brought a feral kitten who has skin issues all she needed is a drop of revolt on her neck. To get her by until an appointment opens up. This I am paying for out of pocket but they refuse to give it to her so they just left her to die. Unfortunately the baby died all because they wouldn’t give her the medicine. I was finally able to get the medication from another vet but it was too late. She didn’t have enough strength to keep fighting. If she would have gotten the medication she would’ve been fine

I have been taking my dog Sadie to PAWS for almost a year now. I have had a great experience with the staff and veterinarians. They are quick and efficient. They also accept walk-ins for certain procedures. They are such a blessing for pet parents on a budget. When you call the office expect to leave a message but they always return your phone message promptly the same day. Thank you PAWS 🐾 for taking such good care of my fur baby!

Just FYI, If you have the first appointment, don't make the mistake we did and show up 5 mins til 9. Being our first visit here, we thought we were at the wrong place because the door was locked. They didn't open the doors until exactly 9, so now we were not seen until 9:30 because somebody without an appointment jumped in front of us. No big deal, just beware. Also, appointments are far out and it doesn't seem like they call you as a fill in if someone cancels cause we waited 4 weeks to get seen thanks to back 2 back hurricanes. Everyone was friendly, including desk reception and they were great with our bestie. Just keep in mind, it's a vet, so nothing is cheap but that's ANY vet but awesome care.
