I got my handsome cat from PAWs old city last year. I recently went to PAWs Grays Ferry for his annual wellness and they did a great job with his care. The staff was so friendly and professional. The price was very cheap compared to what other vets and animal hospitals charge. It is very hard to get an appointment so recommend planning ahead of time! Overall highly recommend adopting your future cat or dog from this adoption shelter as well as low cost vaccines or medical needs for your animal needs!

They diagnosed my cat with cancer, but never called back to confirm whether it made it's way to her lungs or not. They said they would call back with the results. They never did. After almost two months of trying to reach out to them and get an answer to that question, they finally sent a email recently telling me they are too understaffed to perform any surgeries. They effectively just killed my cat due to their tardiness. I could have went somewhere else & had her life saved in this time. Don't come here unless you want your animals to die. These people obviously don't give a damn.

Love Paws! The clinic is clean and efficient. The staff is always pleasant. It’s important to schedule appointments in advance for check ups. Don’t wait for when your furry baby’s are sick. Preventative care is so important. I just visited them for their yearly check up, one needs to go to a vet that can perform yet they cleaning because the vet noticed a little redness in her gums. She also has a small hot spot that is being treated. Office visits are $25.00 not including medication, etc. but very inexpensive. I could go to a fancy vet but I’d rather support Paws and help support a good cause! On the weekends they offer vaccinations without an appointment. I believe it costs $25.00 per animal. $10.00 for nails clipped. I would highly recommend Paws!

They really helped money wise getting my puppy spayed, get shots and a chip put in. All for under 70.00 bucks! They try to help if you can't afford the medical bills.

I got my cat neutered here and he died a week later after four days of vomiting. He was only a year old and had the absolute best help. Worst of all, PAWS did nothing to help and instead proceeded to tell me how it was my fault he died and that he must've had an underlying health issue (even though the cat was only a year old, super active and healthy, and had frequent checkups at the vet). Whatever you do, do not bring your pets here for any surgeries!!
