I took my 1.5 year old kitty for her vaccination boosters and exam yesterday and all went well. We had gone to Spay Illinois Surgical Clinic in January for her spay surgery so I was already familiar with the organization. We will be back in a year for vaccination updates and exam. I truly appreciate having a lower cost clinic to visit for routine care, even when it’s 33 miles away. The Chicago options are too booked and Spay Illinois has made appointments accessible during difficult times of other clinic staffing issues, etc. Spay Illinois all the way 🐈

Such kind staff! My kitten was well taken care of. They were quick to respond when I emailed them regarding an issue I had with my kitten when she was too rambunctious a couple days after surgery. They made it a point to be able to get her in quickly if the problem didn't resolve. Highly recommend this organization to care for your pet, especially when you're cost conscious but want to give give the best to your furry friend.

Even though I have to drive over 1hr to Spay Illinois, I absolutely LOVE taking my dog here. The employees are very professional, caring, and their prices are beyond reasonable for all offered services. I couldn't be more happier every time I take my dog to Spay Illinois!

They were very organized and they took good care of our puppy. They handled the pup like a champ even though he can be a handful especially when in unfamiliar places. Doggy is healing very well.

This clinic is a true gem! I’ve had nothing but wonderful experiences, both as a client and a professional that works with pet owners in need. They’re very kind and gentle with my pets and really take their time to speak with you during a visit. Their work helps make responsible pet ownership more accessible and keep families together. If you can donate to their organization, please do. They rely on public support to keep care costs as low as possible. One thing I will advise on is that they only schedule appointments by phone and often have a high call volume. Leave a message and keep your phone nearby - they will call back! While they do not schedule by email, they are quick to respond via email if you have any general questions. Keep doing the great work, PFAC team!

I took 2 of my dogs here to get spayed/neutered. Very clean place. That is the first thing i noticed. The whole team was very kind and knowledgeable as well. The discharge instructions were very clear as well. And to top it off, you can’t beat this price. I paid under $500 for both pets combined with some extra add ons I decided to get. I had a great experience. Thank you!

WATCH OUT for the receptionist with a lot of pimples!(She didn’t have her name tag on.) She won’t let you finish your sentence even though you are asking a question politely based on the text message SENT BY SPAY ILLINOIS ITSELF! One would think she is the boss of the entire facility! Additionally if EARLY PICK UP IS NOT AVAILABLE, STOP SENDING OUT THE TEXT MESSAGES that are misinforming clients. NO DONATIONS will be made from now on until she is rid of or at least trained to politely and professionally communicate with clients using full sentences like a proper adult. It’s WILD a mere receptionist is ruining all the good experiences with Spay IL so far replying with a couple of words cutting her clients sentences multiple times while directors of Spay IL sending out not only thank you e-mails but also PHYSICAL paper cards for donations and vet techs, who actually operate the surgery procedures, being super patient and courteous to concerned pet parents. I’ve been donating every single time I visited Spay IL as I support the cause and the price of the service is incredible. I always read the whole instruction inside&out and have always arrived early as it is a truly busy operation. Therefore, no issues so far. However even if I have had to forfeit my deposit for unexpected issues(i.e.pets acting up), which luckily hasn’t happened yet, I would have been happy to give my money to this meaningful organization up until the direct interaction with this pimpled receptionist. I’ll attach my emails I received from Spay IL as it seems like Kaitlyn, the clinic manager, who replies to Google reviews here wants to make sure the bad reviews are based on the actual visit.
