I went in this Monday for a Semi Emergency with my son’s cat. The receptionist was very helpful and pleasant over the phone and was able to help with a same day appointment. The Tech was very sweet and handled our baby with care. The office was very clean! Dr. Sarah; was very very attentive, gentle and took her time with our baby and instead of jumping into crazy testing she did a very thorough exam and said she wanted to try an injection and if this doesn’t work we will have to come back in 24 hours and have all the in Depth testing completed. Well her method worked AMAZING and she was SPOT ON!! Our GIZMO IS BACK TO HIS NORMAL SELF!! We are truly grateful for Dr. Sarah and her team. Pricing was VERY good and FAIR… I do recommend CASH they have a surcharge for credit card but this is understandable as merchant fees can be high for small businesses and in order to keep prices affordable they have to add things like this. Don’t miss this GEM!!

Jul 10, 2024 · Elaina GutierrezThank you Dr. Sara and all the staff at paws and feathers for always being so compassionate and taking such good care of my boy Ralphie. You have always come through for us in emergency situations.
Nov 22, 2024 · Jen HackI had a deeply concerning experience with the veterinary clinic. After trying to book an appointment twice, I was rescheduled both times, and unfortunately, my cat passed away as a result of blood clot. The younger veterinarian seemed indifferent to our situation, displaying a lack of empathy towards me and my grieving family. However a service for cremation was offered. When I walked in with my clearly suffering animal the first time, I was surprised to be charged for what they referred to as a consultation but I was under the impression that my cat was going to be looked at that day. On day 3, I refused to pay the bill and decided to leave since they were planning to charge me 600 for the creamation alone. As I was exiting, I overheard an older doctor casually instructing a staff member to either amputate another dog's leg or euthanize it, all while discussing the push for a a more expensive surgery, (foreign surgery?) I am still mortified and shocked by the apparent disregard for life in this pursuit of money. Will never return, will never recommend. If there was an option for 0 stars I’ll give it.
Oct 25, 2024 · Alexander PabelloThis place needs to be shut down, stay away and don’t take your animals here. Our family’s parrot passed away yesterday after she was taken to the Paws and Feathers ER. The parrot came with one issue and after treatment left with broken bones and bruises all over her body. Who knows what they did to her there. The next day our parrot was taken to the other vet clinic, where they said that she had really bad fractures and was barely breathing. Her poor body was purple the next day after treatment at the Paws and Feathers. How can you send an animal back home with broken bones and lie to the owners that everything is fine????!!! To make owners come back, so that Paws and Feathers can make more profit of the poor animal?! She passed away at the other vet clinic from all the pain that she was having, unfortunately it was too late to save her. It breaks my heart to know that she suffered so much pain in her last moments. All of this could have been avoided, if she would have been taken to a different place that actually cares about animals and doesn’t view them as dollar signs.
Nov 11, 2024 · Oksana TcoiI called the day I was going to bring my pet rat in. I thought he might’ve had a stroke and was freaking out the whole night prior because he had a head tilt. they said they were open and treated pet rats. I came in and rang the bell, but there was no answer. I called the number listed below and she told me a doctor would come in shortly. I waited around 20 minutes outside in the cold with my sick pet rat. They told me that they were short staffed and were running both the clinic and hospital. I filled out some paperwork and got into a room shortly after. Once in the room I waited a long time to be seen. My rat Bobo got weighed by the vet tech and then I proceeded to wait another hour for him to get checked out by the main doctor. Once she came in, she stated that ear infections caused head tilts, swabbed his ear, and prescribed him antibiotics ear drops only. I went home happy and reassured. However, Bobo’s condition worsened. I called 2 days later and she said that since it was new years they were closed and she was leaving for vacation. she would assign a new medication to the clinic the next day. I went to the clinic because I probably didn’t hear that she said tomorrow. She then explained no the next day but I already went home and when I checked the clinic was closed the next day too (tuesday). she gave me the number for Dr. David but he hasn’t gotten to me since. That night my pet rat Bobo started twisting and I took him to an emergency hospital that did not treat exotics where he was put down. I even asked Dr. Sarah if the ear infection could spread to my other rats and she said probably not. While I put down my rat, the doctors who don’t even treat exotics suggested that it might have been a respiratory infection that spread to his ear and that’s why his antibiotics were not working. I ended up taking my other 3 rats today to a different exotics hospital where all 3 got diagnosed with respiratory infections. The bill ended up being cheaper too then what I paid for here. Maybe if I had questioned dr. Sarah more or took my rat somewhere else to get treated, Bobo would still be here playing with his brothers. Overall, very unprofessional and inattentive team here. Please take your pet elsewhere! The photo of him in the red blanket is us cuddling just hours before he was put down. The other one of him the box is his visit here and the last one is my favorite photo of Bobo on my leg. Rest in peace my angel 💔😭😢
