If you ever have something bad happen to your animal or just need to make sure that you're doing checkups and shots regularly like they need to be you should always go to Patterson because they are the best vet in town I have tried other vets and my animals don't live as long and they stay healthier through Patterson and they have anybody else in a long time except for one and they retired so I had no choice but to stay with Patterson and I would not go anywhere else because they have always been good to me and my animals and if I tried to go to anybody else I would talk myself out of it because where they are now is okay with me and best of care. If any of my vets go in retirement and can't see them then yes I would have to look for a new place to go and that's what I did for my last one in Patterson is always been the best in the years that I've had them

This vet has gone downhill since they have had new ownership. This place use to be family friendly and they actually cared about your pets. Now all they care about is the pretty penny they can make off your family. My family and I came here a week ago to have our dog put down. The first receptionist we had was super rude and unorganized. We went over the cremation paperwork and ordered 2 paw prints. We went over this twice when we were there. The second time, they double checked everything and made sure our information was correct. Today, we go to pick my dogs ashes up and they conveniently forgot to do the paw prints. How does that happen? Not only did they make our experience harder than it should have been, they forgot a very specific part that we cannot get back. If I could give them zero stars I would. Do not recommend them and will never go back.

We took our sweet Diamond here for her puppy vaccinations. The staff all around is good. They were very caring, sweet and accommodating. Highly recommend!

I have been with Patterson’s for more than 2 decades and have had only the best experiences. Staff here show endless compassion for the animals and humans under their care and go over and beyond to make sure care is optimal. The only reason this is a 4 star is because they send their patients to Greater Lansing Vet Hospital for emergencies because no one is safe in their hands. Otherwise, this would be a 5 star rating.
