The information available online provides a mixed perspective on Patrick Cotter DVM, which potential clients should carefully evaluate.
As a Pet Hospital, Patrick Cotter DVM likely offers a range of veterinary services to address the health needs of your animal companions. Based on one positive review, the clinic demonstrated the ability to accommodate patients with urgent issues, such as a dog with a bladder problem, by fitting her in quickly. This suggests that the clinic may offer services for addressing acute health concerns. However, the limited information available does not provide a comprehensive list of all services offered. It is advisable for pet owners to contact the clinic directly to inquire about the specific services they provide, such as routine wellness exams, vaccinations, dental care, surgical procedures, and management of chronic conditions.
Information regarding the environment of Patrick Cotter DVM is not explicitly detailed in the provided reviews. Typically, a Pet Hospital aims to provide a clean and comfortable setting for animals receiving care. The positive review mentions the compassion shown, which may reflect a caring atmosphere during appointments. Potential clients may wish to inquire about the clinic's facilities and approach to patient comfort when contacting them.
The available information presents contrasting views on the features and approach of Patrick Cotter DVM. One customer review highlights the clinic's ability to schedule appointments quickly and the compassionate care received. This suggests a responsive and empathetic approach in at least some instances. However, another review presents serious concerns regarding unprofessional and rude behavior, specifically mentioning an alleged refusal to send pet records to another veterinarian and a dismissive attitude towards the client's request. This review also raises concerns about the clinic's availability, stating that the veterinarian and his wife are unreachable for months during the winter, potentially causing issues with prescription refills. These conflicting accounts underscore the importance of considering all feedback when evaluating a veterinary service provider.
The contrasting reviews offer different perspectives on the level of care and professionalism at Patrick Cotter DVM. The positive review emphasizes compassion and a willingness to accommodate urgent needs, suggesting a caring and responsive practice. Nov 22, 2024 · Hope SmartMr. Cotter and his wife have been very unprofessional and rude. I called to ask for my cats records to be sent to another vet about surgery she got from him, he laughed at me and asked why he would do that. They go away for months in the winter and are unreachable if your pet needs any prescriptions filled. Be cautious and go to someone who really cares.
Dec 06, 2024 · LoganMiss Dr Cotter terribly. A great vet and surgeon. He was so kind and gentle with my dog Tilley for her entire life and with my dog Macy for the first half of her life. I have lived in 3 states and am now back in NYC and have been vet hopping ever since Dr Cotter because it is impossible to find a vet as good as Dr. Cotter.
Jun 26, 2022 · Susan FriedmanCame here today for a rabies vaccine. I was greeted with a lady banging on my hood. She didn’t let me know who she was but I did see her leave from the house. She told me I cannot enter the building and that my vehicle is the waiting room. She asked what I was there for and when I explained it she told me I should have added a reminder in “the toy I was playing with” referring to my phone. I apologized for trying to go in and suggested it should be told while making the appointment. She seemed upset I didn’t know lol. So as I’m talking with my wife she comes back and keep knocking on my van as I’m asking her for a minute with a finger gesture. So finally she tells me I can meter. While getting the vaccine which takes like 5 minutes two other customers came in. So apparently if you are dark skinned you can’t come inside but if you are white and female you can go inside during patient visits and chit chat. The doctor himself is great. Very clear communication from him and the visits are quick and easy once I’m inside. The wife however is bringing down this great business. I asked her to please keep her personal opinions on how I parent my dog and the electronic devices I use and she skiffs at me. That is uncalled for when I’m paying for this service. That is the only reason dr cotter did not get a five star rating. Solely cause he allows the person to do as she wants while representing his vet business. I’m not saying I’ll leave over this but it is sad.
Mar 30, 2023 · Brett “CringyName69” SimonDr.Cotter is very friendly and loves animals! He spayed my two females when they were kittens and they recovered wonderfully. I definitely trust these fur babies in his hands.
