If you have a family member (pet) then don't expect this clinic to even drop a two-cents sympathy note. It has been 7 grieving months, and this clinic continues to flood our emails and postal mailboxes with reminders to bring in our girl; well, wish me could. You all have auto-responder email server's, consider occasional updates if y'all really care about your customers. Unprofessional ethics to know your family "thinks" they're getting professional pet care only later to find out all ones cared about was "your money." And don't apologize because in 7 months is more than ample time when told 4 times, Cindy had passed away. Having Cindy gifted to me gave me hope; and my father used to express to others - "don't know what those boys went through but politicians should had seen what we saw in that naval hospital hundreds of beds noticed through a window, still to this date my gut wrenches and tears flow that this government must change that this does not happen again to veterans." After a while one's will get used to different things such as not being about to feel my girl's fur, but taught me joy and happiness does not have a price. Of the 14 years Cindy wasn't ill herself, she never left my side, she tested me often on who was in charge. Sometimes her defense was biting so, I'd bit her ear then say hurts don't it. Eventually when she wanted to bite only a nibble then she'd just give me that I'm sorry appeal. She was a very protected of herself and daddy, and she did not give warning because she felt a person had enough sense to read English, “Don’t Pet Me.” There is more to operating a business than being greedy, it's about the integrity shown told others even if it means volunteer. In 1970s' when our president said, "we need volunteers." I volunteered at 17, and I did not send out letters asking for money, only asked for prayers.

They treat my cats gently and are always kind to me, too. I rarely have to wait and they have enough staff that I can still get in and out with my 5 cats pretty easy.

I can not recommend this place enough. I take my dog & my cats here. I have been in a situation twice where my animals needed top of the line care & they were provided with that and beyond. I absolutely adore Dr. Howard, vet techs and the front office staff (Cassandra). If you are looking for an affordable, amazing & empathic group of Veterinarians & staff, reach out to them. Thank you guys for all you do.. Especially during a pet parents most stressful and saddest moments!!

So disappointed and angry! It makes no sense for my older dog who needs a shot to be separated from me. But at the old Partners For Pets clinic has done just that the last 2 visits. The non-vet employees tried to hide my old dog behind the door to give her a shot. Explain why ANY vet would allow this not once but twice. My dog is my baby and I won’t go to a vet clinic where they want to separate my dog from me so non-vets act like licensed vets. Including a snotty receptionist. So disappointed!!

Dr. Harbin was kind enough to help us with our pet in a very desperate moment. We couldn’t find anyone in the state of Alabama to help us with our sugar glider (exotic pet) and he agreed to see us. We were emotionally overwhelmed and this office was extremely kind & compassionate to our family during this time. Thank you Dr. Harbin & team.
