We have a 12 year old cat who gets super stressed about going to the vet. Everyone in the office is so very helpful to us and her. They do everything they can to make the visit easy for her. I find that Dr. Engers takes as much time with us humans as she does with our cat. We always understand the why behind tests and they work with us to provide treatment plans that work with all of her quirks. We appreciate the time they take with us and their valuable advice.

We found this gem after having bad experiences with other Plymouth vets. They are reasonably priced and always take time to explain things. The staff is very knowledgeable and always friendly.

I give zero stars to the equine side of this clinic Dr.Engers. I had one vaccine done one time by this vet I paid them and then months later they call my old boarding facility saying I never paid the measly $52 dollars i then called them asked for a email to show proof of payment they said they would look into it and call me back no one called me back. Then they proceeded to call my new barn and tell the owner I owed them money $52 DOLLARS ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME!!! Not only had i already paid them they called and embarrassed me to multiple people. I pay my bills and it makes sick that these people act this way TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! DO NOT SUGGEST DOING EQUINE WITH THEM!!! Cannot speak on other animals but avoid their equine vet!!!!
