Have been bringing my pets here for probably 15 years or more. Have always been treated fairly and with true compassion. Just recently had to bring in my Dog Meatloaf for vomiting and seen Dr White. She was very understanding of our situation and worked her magic with some fluids and a couple shots.The next day or two he was up and running better than ever. Much thanks Dr. White!!! Best Vet Hospital, hands down, in the Charlotte area. Our boy came down with a rare case of Tetanus, which is extremely hard to diagnose and treat. Dr. White, Dr. Miller, and the rest of the team were quick enough to diagnose him, get him treatment, and save his life. After he was referred to a neurologist for 24/7 treatment, they would periodically call and ask how he was doing. The staff is so kind and caring about your animal, treating them as if they were their own. Thank you for saving Castiel's life!

Highly recommend! Dr White, Dr Miller and the entire staff are absolutely phenomenal: professional, friendly, compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable. They are fantastic at giving owners ALL options and you never feel like they are trying to "push" or "upsell" services or meds and you never fell rushed during your appointment either. There is no doubt that the entire team is absolutely client/dog-centered. They truly want what is best for each individual dog and owner and it shows. A really nice perk: their prices are good too: more than fair. A special "thank you" to Dr. White. My dog, Ralphie, became really ill during Fall 2024. Spoil alert: Ralphie is doing GREAT now! :) However, there was a really rough "up and down" 10-12 weeks for Ralphie while he was going through testing, medication, and seeing specialists at CVS (Carolina Vet Specialists- whom are excellent as well). Dr. White stayed in CONSTANT communication with me during Ralphie's super rough "up and down" 10-12 weeks. CVS of course always sent Ralphie's updates over to Dr. White/Parker Vet, but Dr. White always made time to speak to me directly (after visits at CVS) if I ever had additional questions, wanted to "bounce" some ideas off of her, see what she thought about certain test results, or different action plans we could take with Ralphie, etc. Dr White and I touched base via phone numerous times over that time period and many times it was AFTER her normal work hours and sometimes I had her on the phone for a good 30 minutes. The level of her compassion, commitment, expertise, guidance and so giving of her time for my dog Ralphie absolutely shows how much Dr. White truly cares about her clients and their pets. Thank you Dr. White and the entire team at Parker Vet for always taking such good care of both my dogs, Ralphie and Sawyer. I sincerely appreciate all of you. So great to have Ralphie back and healthy again.

My family and I have been going to Parker's for almost 20 years. Words cannot express how much I appreciate the care and compassion they show. They're extremely knowledgeable and experienced and treat every pet as if they were their own family. Dr. White has gone above and beyond caring for our fur babies over the years. From making custom foam protectors to prevent skin sores on our terminal doggie, to calling and taking time out of what I know is a busy and hectic day to discuss treatment options, and just to check in. We moved 2 yrs ago and still will drive the 1 1/2 hrs to bring our babies here. We've tried other vets since we moved and it's just crazy how the care can never match. Their pricing is reasonable and affordable. They understand that even though our pets are our family, sometimes money can make decisions that much more difficult and they try and find the best courses of action to ensure quality care within your budget. They care for my asthmatic kitty who, to be very nice - is super feisty when it comes to her visits. They handle her within her safe zones and try to do what they can to keep her and themselves safe and comfortable as possible. I know this is the longest review, but like I said words cannot express how amazing Parker's Veterinary Hospital is. The whole team is amazing in every way and you will find your forever vet here. I am a new patient, with my new rescue kitten, and we had an amazing first experience. I took him back today as a follow up for his uri & a little congestion & both vets I've seen were amazing and very clear on diagnosis and treatment. They were quick to get me in for today to ease my mind for little Stanley, as I want him to have the most amazing life, that he deserves. Everyone here is amazing and friendly. I left a clinic that was bought by one of the corporations who have found a way to exploit the veterinary world so I love a clinic that won't do that and remain personable. I love that they are the oldest vet clinic in Clt.

They always answer my questions and are super helpful. I love everyone here they really care about animals. Got my kitty spayed here as well, they were available to answer questions when I was worries about her healing process but all was well! They’re my #1 vet🩷🩷🩷
