After 3 years as a regular patient, my healthy Maltipoo died from an undiagnosed condition in September 2024 that began with signs of pain while walking. Dr. Parvarthy examined him and ran tests, including screening for Addison's Disease. Despite being sent home with normal lab results, his condition worsened within two days. When contacted, Dr. Parvarthy prescribed nerve pain medication, describing his condition as "a mystery”. Attempts to schedule follow-up appointments were hampered by staff attendance issues and missed calls, as confirmed by their office manager. Seeking care elsewhere revealed a severe disease, that led to immediate emergency care and my dog's death within a few days. I emailed the clinic owner, Dr. Maddon, who had treated my dog for routine wellness care since 2021, to share my concerns throughout this period and ultimately inform him of my dog's passing. He did not respond following the news of his death. I was afraid my cat wasn’t peeing. I called late in the evening, the receptionist gave me professional medical advice. We booked an appointment for the day after. We ended up not needing the appointment and they refunded the deposit. Such a great ingenuity and service. I will definitely be back for my regular check ups.

Always have had good interactions with staff and Vet. Dr Madden is a Bulldog lover and always helps my VIKKI when needed. Some may feel it’s a little pricey but for the care and knowledge of staff I think it’s worth it and also get pet insurance

Total disrespect to their clients. Every time we had an appointment we arrived 5 mins. earlier, check-in and waited more than an hour....every time !!! You will be better going to a place that respects and value your time.
