Dr. Hatch and his team have been providing excellent, professional, and compassionate care, to our pets for many years. We greatly appreciate and would like to thank his entire staff, with special thanks to 'Aunt Betty,' Lorena, Arianne, Emily, and Annette, for your welcome smiles, and your compassion. Just a little tearful now thinking about the recent loss of our little girl Soda Pop. We wouldn't have entrusted her care to anyone else, and you'll continue to see our precious Pony Boy, though we hope not too often.

I really liked this clinic, even though they are somewhat expensive compared to others. I thought it was worth it. I have taken my other dogs to this vet so I am an established patient. I recently adopted a dog from the shelter and was told to follow up with my personal vet a week or two after the neuter and shots the shelter administered, to get my new dog established as a new patient. WELL, I was 18 minutes late, did not expect the volume of traffic plus my new dog is a rambunctious 7 month old puppy that I had a very hard time getting in the car. (In fact he got loose and I had to chase him down the street but such is life with a new pup!) The girl at the front desk said she had to see if they could see me as the next appointment had already arrived. I told her I understood I was late but I could wait. 18 minutes is a lot of time for a vet to be waiting for me, I guess. Well they said I had to reschedule for the next day, but today is my day off :(. Now, there is nothing wrong with my dog, this was just a meet and greet, check stiches from his neuter I would imagine and tell me something about the dog I had adopted. As I was driving the 14 miles back home I thought this was a bit unreasonable and not sure I need to travel 28 miles round trip to see a vet that couldn't take the time to look at the reason for the appointment and just give me the 5 minutes he usually does!!!!!! Yup, looking for a new vet. It's ok, he probably doesn't need my business.

Palm Valley is an excellent animal clinic. The front office staff is great. They are very communicative. Just had our kittens in to get fixed and they followed up for a few days. Dr Hatch is amazing, you can tell they really care for animals and aren't out to make as much money as possible. I highly recommend Palm Valley Animal Clinic if you're looking for a vet.

Been going here for 10 plus years Dr Hatch is an amazing vet he really cares about animals and is very thorough and professional sometimes it can take extra time to get in to see him but the care he provides is worth it if he feels you have an emergency situation he provides info and referrals to get timely care

I just can’t say enough about Dr. Hatch and Palm Valley Animal Clinic!!! They are theeeeee nicest and caring people to humans and animals!! They have helped us with our senior kitties, going the least invasive roots in order to keep our kitties healthy and happy without extreme measures. It’s hard to find people that don’t charge you an arm and a leg and jump to the largest paycheck procedure (I know from past visits before finding PVAC many years ago at this point) and also can put your animal under more distress. Dr. Hatch and staff is who helped us say goodbye to our dear Waxy two years ago making our experience just a bit easier. We are blessed Kuma isn’t at that stage and that we have a safe, caring, warm place to go for check ups, treatments and peace of mind. If you are an energy based person, know this is a calming space with a very high vibrational, highly empathetic, kind place!! There is a reason they won best animal hospital in the West!
