We’ve been coming here for over 30 years and Dr. Sullivan and the staff have been great dealing with our many cats and dogs over the years. They’re compassionate and understanding of the delicate nature of pet care and dealing with medical concerns - small or extreme. Highly recommend the office!

Jun 07, 2024 · Jennifer LongI have been undergoing training and mentorship at this clinic for almost two weeks now, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Dr. Holly is incredibly knowledgeable, wise, and experienced. She is also thoughtful, patient, caring, and has a great sense of humor. I’ve never had a better clinical learning experience.
Dec 10, 2024 · Peter TanaghoDon’t go here, not a friendly place. Prescribed a medicine for my dog, then as I pick it up, they had the nerve to lecture me that she shouldn’t be on so much. Confused I just stood there listening to this young girl lecture me about what I need to be doing, more walks and doggy daycare. Making me feel horrible as if I don’t know my energetic dog doesn’t walk. Of course, sell your place. When called to address the rudeness, the doctor had the nerve to say she didn’t prescribe the medicine. Not a safe move by the vet. My dogs have been going there for years, and the coldest most unfriendly place. 11/17/24 Lies lies you got caught in lies prescribing the medication and don’t say you were trying to educate me. Isabella has the coldest rudest demeanor. You prescribed it I kept the bottle. Why would you give a large dose of medication to me in the first place? Talk your lies to help you sleep better at night. I’m the fool I only came to this place cause they took care of parents dog. Trust me it was not a choice. I have always thought your office is rude and cold since you were in the old stein mart plaza.
Nov 17, 2024 · Dea MclaughlinVery disappointed. I called today to make an appointment to bring one of my moms cats in that is injured, they informed me “the client is fired and can no longer bring their pets in to us”. I was very confused as to why and they stated something about a conversation we had around a year ago when having to put one of my cats down. I had brought in one of my cats because I was worried about him being so skinny, the dr didn’t seem concerned and said she can run tests if I want to which I declined because they didn’t say anything about testing for what I was actually concerned about as well as the Dr didn’t seem to be worried (nor did I want to spend around $300 if no one acted like it was a big deal). We ended up having to bring the cat in to be put down around a week or 2 later due to a rapid decline in his health. When I called I stated I was disappointed that no one seemed concerned when I brought him in originally to which the manager responded with “we offered tests but you declined because you couldn’t afford it”. I declined the tests because (I said I couldn’t afford it but) no one told me they were for what I was actually concerned about as well as the Dr not seeming concerned anyways, she just seemed to offer the tests because I brought it up. I was put off after this interaction but we still brought our cat in to be put down and were going to continue coming here. They said there was another conversation about me or my fiance saying we shouldn’t have to pay for something if the cat died anyway which I don’t recall that happening at all but I believe they tried to offer to run tests once he was in the office already dying which I refused because at that point the kidney disease was too severe. I had only expressed disappointment but never at any point did we get nasty or raise our voice in the slightest. The part about this that really bothers me is they fired my mom from ever coming back when we live separately and have our own cats and she had nothing to do with this situation. Very unprofessional and they seem to just want to get rid of us after one small conflict that we thought we were done with and wasn’t a big deal just simply a misunderstanding
Dec 10, 2024 · Despina CollinsMoved to Palm harbor last August and my pup was due for a cleaning and vaccines this June so I googled vets by me. Called a couple and right off the bat a good experience with the receptionist even though I called 10 minutes prior to closing. The receptionist answered all of my questions and was patient with me. Got me in quickly for everything (the same week) and quoted me as well when I asked for an estimation of cost. We also took care of a couple other concerns while she was there. The whole process was so effortless and stress free. They did blood work the same day of cleaning and unlike other places sometimes have two appointments, one for blood work and one for the actual cleaning but this was convenient and all in one day. The day of Harlows cleaning it was an amazing experience. They were so caring and attentive to all my concerns and her needs. I met the doctor upon pickup and she was wonderful as well. I will be using this as my new vet going forward. I highly recommend this as a vet if you are looking. You will not be disappointed. Thank you so much for your care for my sweet girl.
