my dog is 10 years out with a stage 4 heart murmur. I was extremely! Afraid of him receiving surgery because of his age and heart condition (he needed a tumor removed and to be neutered) also I found a cysts on his tale the day of his surgery. The veterinarian made me feel extremely comfortable, and was truthful with me about the risk and her capabilities and what she felt would best for my pup. Which I appreciated. The Tech was very friendly and ON IT. I loved that when she took him in the back to remove wax from his ear, she also did his bloodwork, so it was one less thing that I had to worry about as far as him being removed from my presence. They have been so kind and have been doing courtesy calls to check on Shag since his surgery. When i email them with questions I receive responses within the hour of the email being sent. I didn’t really trust anyone with my Shags surgery (or with him either lol) but they have won me over and I would recommend them to anyone. They are really warm and caring, you can feel their love for animals. Thank you guys 1000 times. Shag made it out of his surgery and is recovering, he was neutered, the tumor was completely removed and she even lasered one of the cysts and one that she found. I really do appreciate her. I even told myself that IF he did not make it out of surgery, and I decided to get another pet that I would still come to them for the healthcare

We love this vet! While we were on vacation my mom brought our Teddy here when he had an emergency. She said the staff was so wonderful so we made the switch. Dr. Firestein is an absolute gem! You can tell she really cares about your fur baby! Also Kayla is a very attentive tech. She made Teddy comfortable during his appointment. What a beautifully renovated facility with a lovely staff! 🩷🩷🩷

I am so glad I found Owings Mills Vet Center for my pets. The entire staff are warm and compassionate and truly care about every pet that comes to the office. Dr. Firestein saved my dog’s, Taz, life and Dr. Franklin and Victoria supported me with genuine caring and understanding through end of life for my cat, Lily. Now, Dr. Paynter is doing all he can to make sure my dog, Max, lives the healthiest life he can. The front desk staff are super helpful and always call you back with updates. I cannot thank the entire staff enough for really being there for pet families in our community.

We have been taking our Pet Lexi for few months and these people are so wonderful and polite not only with the Pet but with their customers too. Our pets Dr. Fierstein is great and she is very prompt in calling back and a special Mention for Abby and Katie, I would say everyone there is extremely helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for a good vets clinic. Thanks Team!

I took in a stray cat and came here for his 2nd shot and follow up and I’m so glad I did. From scheduling the appointment to paying, they were so nice and accommodating. There was no wait. Sarah was so soooo thorough and knowledgeable! Dr Fierstein is exceptional and so gentle. They both helped to make the experience for Tux trauma free. I knew absolutely nothing about cats, and left there feeling so much more knowledgeable on how to care for my little guy. Thank you all for what you do!

IF I COULD LEAVE 0 STARS!!! bedside manner is terrible. Doctors are very inconsiderate and rude and will push on highly priced procedures. these doctors have not been educated properly. They’ve only been in the field for less than 10 years. Do not trust them in your care. The amount of deaths that have happened under anesthesia is unacceptable. Please research before going !!! DO NOT RECOMMEND
