Great experience going in for a semi-emergency, after hours visit with my cat. Everyone I encountered was friendly and professional. My cat was diagnosed and with a combination of meds bounced right back to health. Shout-out to Dr Bergstrom for immediately diagnosing something I've always wondered about with my cat.

The doctors And staff are awesome. Truly care about your animal no matter if cat, dog and are very proud and timely. Yet don't feel like they want you out for next apt. Can ask many questions as I'm taking care of my 18 yr old cat and doc was morn than happy to ask any questions I had as she is blind and deaf now. In good health but just old and bad cadiracs. Suggested tips and to make sure she is watched while outside as she enjoys eating grass still! Also reasonably priced and able to get me in wo long wait. Staff all very nice and attentive.

Our two dogs need an animal hospital “just in case” for when we are in Michigan from May-Nov. The tech team at Ottawa Animal Hospital made friends with our nervous fluffs right away. The doctor was kind to them and they got comfortable quickly. Now we can rest assured when we are here, and stay up to date with vaccs etc.

Great service. Very helpful in answering questions. Every team member who engaged with my fur baby was warm and friendly. We were in a private room and met with the vet tech Amanda. She stopped back into the room after 15 minutes to apologize for the delay as the vet's previous appointment ran long. However, a few minutes later Dr. Patterson came in the room. She was very generous with her time and invited me to ask any questions. Our fur baby Pork Chop was unusually nervous so she sat with him before and after checking his ears. He was rewarded with treats for being a good patient and a good dog. The team members handling reception and billing were very busy and enjoyed helping each client. I'm not sure the name of the young lady who took my payment, but she asked how everything went for Pork Chop and if I had any questions on the bill. Very friendly and helpful. Prompt service. Every team member went above and beyond to make sure any concern of mine was addressed despite it being a busy facility, and I felt they would give me whatever time needed to address my questions.

Great team! My 100 pound Malamute had a run in with a porcupine and lost. 170 quills had to be removed by hand. It was a bit of an emergency with a very distressed dog...great service and professionalism delivered by people that care.
