WARNING!! ⚠️ I had my one year old cat’s appointment for his rabies and a feline leukemia shot/booster. They charged me over $400! That is absolutely outrageous! Maybe this vet only specializes in dogs? But I was taken for a ride! Wow!

Ormond Beach Family Vet squeezed me in last minute for an eye injury for my pup. They not only took me in right away, but treated me & my dog with respect, kindness, love & professionalism. I recommend them to anyone with any pet, and will be returning! Thank you for caring for my little fur-family!!!

The new vet, Dr Elder, was so nice and the young tech was extremely friendly and loving to Ziggy. Both are so important when instilling confidence. They can always get you in fast and I appreciate they keep you updated on the costs of the visit. We’ve been coming here for several years now and overall it’s been a good experience!

I recently moved to the Daytona area and was looking for a new vet. When asking around I was pointed to Ormond Beach Family Vet and I couldn’t be happier. The technicians are great, the front staff are nice, and the vets are wonderful. They have always provided me with top notch service and never tried to sell me anything (e.g., pet insurance, special tres, etc.)

I’ve spent several hundred dollars on my dogs dental here. I called to get a price for something else. Debbie told me 10 and some change. I confirmed the price again ( wasn’t friendly on phone. Figured having a bad day) when I walked in today to get two she said 28. I said that’s not what you told me on the phone. Both people at desk said we don’t know who told you that but it wasn’t us. I said who is Debbie( it was the one waiting on me). She said it’s me but I didn’t tell you that. She said I didn’t hear her right. I said I repeated it to you. She looked at the other girl like can you believe this. Very hateful said do you want these. I said yes but when you make a mistake you should own it( I would’ve understood). She said I didn’t say that you heard me wrong. I just chuckled and said rude as I went out the door. Worst customer service. Too many vets in the area and I won’t be back.
