From my initial inquiry to the moment we retrieved our parrots, the staff at Orchid Springs demonstrated compassion, kindness, and a willingness to assist that exceeded our expectations. They provided excellent care for our parrots, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I would like to extend my appreciation to several team members who kept us updated with texts and photos, ensuring we felt connected during our time apart: Dr. Vargas, Felicia, Tia, Heather, Christine, Summer, and Paige. Had our appt here today and was very impressed. Called and got in same day, Doctor Hood and 4 day new Technician Jenny were great. Duke had a wellness check which we found very thorough with the doctor, Jenny the new tech was very personable and wonderful with Duke. I think she is a great addition to the staff and look forward to dealing with her in the future.

I drive an hour each way for my dogs to see Dr. Vargas. She is hands down THE BEST vet I’ve ever been to. Is she more expensive than other vets? Yep. But is she worth it? Resounding YES! I’ve been to MANY vets over the years and Orchid Springs is the best of the bunch, by far. Dr. Vargas offers all of the regular vet services, PLUS acupuncture and aquapuncture, chiropractic adjustments, a stance analyzer, X-rays, ultrasound, and cold laser therapy, among many other services. Dr. Vargas practices both Western and Chinese medicine - which I love - because I prefer herbal remedies when they can be used. In a world where you get what you pay for, Dr. Vargas is 1000% worth the money.

The best veterinary office I have being in my entire life, I want to thank Dr. Vargas and Dr.Rosado and all the staff of Orchid Spring Animal Hospital for their great job and compassion. Thank you to all of you for everything you did for my Sophia. Your clinic will always be my number one choice and i will recommend it to everyone anywhere. My dogs love them. Which is important to me. Never had an issues. The veterinarians are amazing. You can’t leave out the staff. From the time you walk in till the time you checkout. We also love Holly our groomer.
