A little expensive but dedicated and caring service. I felt understood by the vet and the vet tech and had all of my dog's needs met in one visit (which was huge considering we weren't 100% sure what the issue was). Also, they tell you costs up front and work with you on prioritizing the most expensive tests. Really great service.

Been a client of one love veterinarian animal Hospital Bay Ridge Brooklyn since day, one of them opening- I wouldn’t go anywhere else! They have cared for all my fur babies . And now my gentle giant Salem. British blue . had called early in the morning, and they squeezed him in as he was having situation with his eye that could have been an ulcer or a serious scratch. I am very thankful for the thorough exam well educated Experience Doctors and staff💜 Testing available on site , Doctors are kind and gentle He’s extremely sensitive. ( true to breed ) All the girls at the front desk are Accommodating very pleasant just wonderful. Not to mention, the place is spotless I have never experienced anything less. I’m truly thankful. 🙏🏼 Worth every penny.

Where to begin? This is the best animal medical center in my experience, my son Eddie is having issues and the caring professional care he received was unsurpassed, the doctors are awesome and the entire team is extremely caring and helpful but most of all very supportive, we never want our furry babies to get ill, but when they do we like them to be in the best possible hands available and Eddie and I were referred to this awesome place by our loving Barbara and Husband Andrew, they bring their friend Kelly there, She’s a Beautiful pug and Eddie’s Best Friend, I highly recommend One Love Animal Hospital to everyone, there is no safer place to be. My sister recommended One Love when we were looking for a new vet in Bay Ridge. We've been bringing our kids with paws here for a few years now. In January, we returned for their annual visits, but with a focus on one of our kids' unusual behavior. They recommended various tests and ultra sounds to diagnosis our sick loved one. Some of their offerings, like the recommended tests, are quite expensive but it's offset by the knowledge and experience of the doctors. The entire medical team and staff seem to care for animals. In the end, our beloved cat was diagnosed with a terminal disease with weeks to months to live. We immediately put her on subcutaneous fluids every other day. The vet techs were always quick to bring her to the back and return her. Her bright spirit survived two additional months until it was clearly time to end her pain. On the day we brought her in to put her to sleep, there was a candle lit in the reception area with a sign saying to please be mindful of noise as someone is saying goodbye to their loved one. When we entered the room, there was a pretty blanket on the table for her to lay on. They gave us as much time as we wanted before the process started, and once it began was swift and painless to our baby. Naturally, we were heartbroken. Within the week, we received a condolence card signed by all of the doctors as well as her paw prints and a clipping of her hair. Their thoughtfulness was very touching. With their compassionate care, One Love made a heart breaking decision as seamless as possible. Thank you for treating her with dignity and respect. Your professionalism is much appreciated during this difficult period. When the time comes for our other fur baby to cross the Rainbow Bridge, we find comfort knowing we have a trusted resource to turn to.

The office staff are so professional. They are warm and welcoming. They answer my questions and help me with finding pet insurance. The Veterinary and her assistant were so kind and gentle with my Chewy during his checkup. At the end of my chewy exam one of the other staff addressed me with instructions of how to administer his medication. In general I would recommend this dog hospital to everyone.
