Received good care for my horse, but to save money on a farm call, I hauled to the clinic for my horse's appointment. I was not told that there is a $50 haul in fee for "facility use," in addition to an exam fee. It would have been nice to prepare for this prior to the appointment, especially after spending over $800 on other unexpected diagnostics, medications, exam fee, etc. while there that day. We stood in the parking lot for the majority of the appointment due to other horses using the barn area, entered the barn area once briefly to take x-rays for a few minutes, and no mess was made by my horse or the doctor to justify a "facility use" fee. I would be shocked if a human doctor office charged a "facility use" to use an exam room, even if clean up were necessary. Anyway-just a heads up to anyone who is new, like I was, so you aren't surprised by this fee that is charged to everyone, regardless of how much wear and tear you put on their facility, or not. I expressed my concern to the vet who is also acting as office manager, and she dismissed my concern with no empathy or solution to the situation. I've been waiting for a phone call to go over lab results for over 2 weeks. I called once about 5 days after tests were sent to the lab, and results weren't in. I was told I'd be called to go over results, and still have not heard a word. I have a message into the clinic, but be advised you have to do your due diligence to get a good customer service experience here. I understand everyone is busy and things can get overlooked, but my overall experience for this extremely expensive visit was subpar, and nowhere close to meeting my expectations.

The team that looked at my horse were very professional and explained everything in great detail. My horse was calm and cooperative thanks to their expertise. I cannot recommend them highly enough. So very pleased with the quality and care my horse received. They are now her primary doctors. Thank you!!!

Dr. Viv and her helper are so skillful and friendly. They took care my two Andalusian with floating teeth and annual shots, everything went on so smoothly. My horse settled down to accept the bit much better right on that afternoon's ride. I will highly recommend my friends to use their service.

Dr. Claire is amazing. I've been using her for two years for our equine program to maintain the health of our therapy horses. She performs the best, most comprehensive lameness exam you'll find in Snohomish or Skagit counties. She's patient, and is even willing to "dance" with horses that are a little sensitive to vet treatments or needles. She's always willing to give you two or three options in order to fit the needs of the horse and your budget. What I also appreciate is are her views on her exam findings. For example, she may say that what she's writing looks bad on paper, but because of something the horse has been born with, it's not really what it may seem w/certain course of action.

I absolutely adore Dr. Claire. She has been my geldings primary vet for a few years now and I can't say enough great things about her. She is a kind, compassionate, and thorough vet who truly cares about her patients and their people. I'm grateful for her knowledge and expertise, she has done a wonderful job keeping my boy sound and comfortable.
