Dr. Vogel seems pretty thorough, trustworthy & caring! Love being able to check out in room vs. having to do at the desk while trying to wrangle your dog. Very clean! Not giving 5 stars, because it is very expensive, especially the medications, but find me a reasonable veterinarian anywhere!

This was our first vet visit ever so we were very nervous but Dr.Jones and his assistant whom I wish I got her name, were both sweethearts !! They were very well with handling Robin and Goob, answered all our questions and helped us out. The prices were also amazing and within our budget. I could not recommend a better place !!!

This has been my misos main veterinary office for probably 2-3 years now. Every year they just get better and better. You pay for what you get. I thought their spay/neuter was a bit pricey.. and went to a low cost. Biggest regret I could have. Came here after some infection scares and they gave me multiple options, Including cost friendly options to start off with. I have NEVER felt so accommodated by another clinic. Getting a second kitty hopefully! Making the right choice by neutering him here. I already know how well the new member will be treated here at NB animal clinic :) I’ve also recommended this clinic to a few friends! They all say the exact same thing.. this place is great! An absolutely wonderful vet. When I moved to the area a few years ago, I brought my elderly dog, Autumn, here for her vaccines / annual check-ups / annual teeth cleanings. The entire staff was nothing but kind and supportive. After a while, everyone recognized Autumn and would dote over her upon her arrival. Heartbreakingly, earlier this year we had to put Autumn down. As expected, the entire staff was supportive and kind. They walked us through each step of the process, let us know exactly what to expect, and gave us plenty of time afterwards to grieve and say goodbye to our sweet girl. A few days later, I received a personalized “sorry for your loss” card in the mail signed by Dr. Scott. A couple months after that, I received a letter that a donation had been made in Autumn’s honor to the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine. It warmed my heart so immensely. I am grateful for this entire clinic, and will continue to bring my other dog Stella there as well. My only “critique” is that it would be great if this facility offered any financing options like CareCredit for large bills (like teeth cleanings). But other than that, I could not recommend this facility enough!

Not sure about other vets here, but the one we saw was very rough handling our cat.
