I unfortunately didn't get to come here under the best circumstances, but the ladies working the front desk were amazing. Very compassionate and understanding. I just went to pick up my cats ashes, and the office added an extra ceramic paw print and fur clippings on top of the package I bought. I wish I had gotten to come here under a different set of circumstances, but if they're this compassionate when an a small passes, I can only imagine how amazing they are when the animal is well.

I have been taking both of my rescue Labs here from the moment I adopted one - my older girl is 15! The staff is always incredibly friendly, the place is neat and clean, and they are respectful of time. I have never had to wait. While I often see different doctors I have always been satisfied. They take the time to answer all of my questions, and were recently extremely helpful in researching an appropriate food for my dog who is developing some age-related health problems. I called from the pet store, they researched, and emailed me several options!

Absolutely wonderful team!! When my puppy broke all of the bones in her foot, we were given two options… without pet insurance we were looking at a $7k surgery or splinting at a vet every week for 8-12 weeks. North Windham Animal Hospital took upon the challenge of ensuring the splint fit perfectly, took us in right away when we had emergencies such as the splint getting wet, falling off, etc. Within 5 WEEKS, we got the first XR since the accident and they were all fixed! No more splint! I can’t thank these girls enough. Not only did they save our little family thousands of dollars, but they exceeded our expectations and always made us feel welcome and supported. Kelly is a fantastic receptionist who always brightens your day. The vet techs are super informative and friendly! Thank you to North Windham Animal Hospital!

I have been going to North Windham Animal Hospital for over 12 years. They have seen me through sick dogs, tumors, old age in our dogs, emergency care, the passing of Maggie our beagle and the passing of Luci our Jack Russell. Now we have Molly our beagle and Fannie our Jack Russell and they love them. Each time they have been compassionate, understanding, professional and treated us like family. They care and have always been there for us. I am forever grateful for the entire team.
