Firstly, I had shown up late for my appointment, but the staff graciously obliged to see my pet anyway. Unfortunately, I did hear the front desk guy complaining that I had "a million questions" after I had asked him to correct the spelling of my name in the computer, whether my subscription price would increase in 2025, if I could have my pet's Rx's filled online, and if my pet had a rabies tag number. The walls here are thin and hearing this made me feel like my pet's care was not only not important, but tedious for this person. Dr Harris and the other techs have otherwise been very polite, professional, and patient.

I can't recommend North Tampa Pet Hospital enough! From the moment you walk in, you feel the warmth and care from the entire staff. Patricia is simply the best—she always takes such great care of my cat, Noel, and handles everything quickly and efficiently. It’s clear that the team genuinely loves animals, which puts my mind at ease. Noel always feels comfortable and happy during visits.
