THEY KILLED MY FAMILY MEMBER. Their negligence killed our pet. They took one look and prescribed a medication that agitated his liver. They gave no apologies at all! Our baby, not a Pet. (Our child ) ok. Our Miles died the same day, they gave him the pills, but a few hours later after the vets prescribed vomiting pills? He was not vomiting. he was not eating and he was lethargic and seemed weak. We walked him over to the clinic and aked us wait OUTSIDE. COVID IIS GONE ! They ran no test at all ! We called them to ask what happened? Why did they failed to do a proper check up or blood work ? Their excused for giving him the wrong meds and no blood work was " he was stiking his tongue out" REALLY!. We remained quiet and shocked ! I will Never take my other dogs there again. They still act like COVID is present…. You can’t see or speak to them because they keep you outside so can’t see what’s happening. These people are terrible. That’s why they want you out ! Dr Gardner is very old, and I think these morans are playing Dr with our family members and there are no répercussions for being incompetent…. No lawsuits no one to blame. We just cry our hearts out . this vet is terrible !My boy had a horrible death. He went into Addisonian shock. It was something I will never forget . I don’t like to write reviews good or bad, but my dog is dead and he suffered. I trusted these people and they let him down. I am very sad . We miss him everyday. He was an active strong and happy boy. He had years left. He could have lived if the blood work had been done that afternoon. They would have found out he had Addisons desease. it could have been treated. They had nerve to bill us for their incompetence. We are sad and disgusted !

Welcome to North Regent Animal Clinic

Welcome to North Regent Animal Clinic, a Pet Hospital located at 19 N Regent St, Port Chester, NY 10573, USA. As a local veterinary care provider, North Regent Animal Clinic aims to serve the pet health needs of the Port Chester community. Understanding the importance of your pets as family members, we present an objective overview of the clinic based on available online reviews.

North Regent Animal Clinic operates as a Pet Hospital, offering veterinary services to the local area. Based on the limited information available online, it's challenging to detail the specific environment of the clinic. However, one review mentions that "they still act like COVID is present… You can’t see or speak to them because they keep you outside so can’t see what’s happening." This suggests that at least at the time of that review, clients were not allowed inside the clinic with their pets, potentially impacting the perceived environment and client-doctor interaction.

The services offered at North Regent Animal Clinic likely include standard veterinary care, but the customer reviews provide conflicting perspectives on the quality and thoroughness of these services:

  • General Check-ups: One positive review mentions follow-ups after sick visits, implying that the clinic does conduct examinations. However, a critical review alleges a lack of proper check-ups and blood work leading to a misdiagnosis.
  • Medication Prescription: The negative review explicitly states that the clinic "prescribed a medication that agitated his liver" without running tests. Conversely, the positive review praises the team's care during sick visits.
  • Follow-up Care: A positive review notes that Dr. Gina and her team "follow up with them after sick visits to check on my furry friends," indicating a level of post-treatment care.

Features of North Regent Animal Clinic, as perceived through customer reviews, present a mixed picture:

  • Experienced Veterinarians: The clinic has at least two veterinarians mentioned: Dr. Gardner and Dr. Gina. One review expresses concern about Dr. Gardner's age and perceived competence, while another highly recommends Dr. Gina and her team.
  • Communication and Transparency: A significant negative feature highlighted is the alleged lack of communication and the practice of having clients wait outside, preventing them from seeing what is happening during their pet's examination. This is contrasted by the positive review mentioning follow-ups.
  • Compassionate Care: One reviewer found Dr. Gina and her entire team to "care deeply about their patients" and described them as "the best veterinarians." However, this sentiment is strongly contradicted by the reviewer who felt their pet's death was due to negligence and a lack of empathy.

Regarding promotional information, none is available in the provided reviews. To inquire about any current promotions or specific services, you would need to contact North Regent Animal Clinic directly at (914) 937-2200 or +1 914-937-2200.

The provided customer reviews for North Regent Animal Clinic are starkly contrasting. One reviewer recounts a deeply negative experience, alleging negligence leading to the death of their pet due to a perceived failure to conduct proper diagnostic tests (like blood work) and the prescription of harmful medication. They also express dissatisfaction with the clinic's communication practices, citing being asked to wait outside and feeling unable to see what was happening with their pet. This reviewer strongly advises against taking other pets to this clinic.

Conversely, another reviewer offers high praise for Dr. Gina and her team, stating they "do incredible work" and "care deeply about their patients." This reviewer also mentions positive follow-up care after sick visits and wholeheartedly recommends the clinic, calling them "the best veterinarians."

Given these conflicting accounts, it is crucial for local users in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, to understand that when choosing a "Pet Hospital," it's advisable to seek a broader range of recent reviews and potentially consult local pet owner communities for recommendations. In Bengaluru, numerous pet hospitals offer veterinary services, and experiences can vary.

When looking for a pet hospital in Bengaluru, consider factors such as the qualifications and experience of the veterinarians, the range of services offered (including emergency care, diagnostics, surgery, etc.), the cleanliness and comfort of the facility, the communication practices of the clinic staff, and the overall sentiment expressed in multiple, recent reviews. A balanced perspective from various sources can help you make an informed decision about where to entrust your pet's care.

For those in Port Chester, NY, the reviews for North Regent Animal Clinic present a situation where individual experiences appear to differ significantly. If you are considering this clinic, you may want to weigh these contrasting opinions and perhaps seek more recent feedback or directly contact the clinic to discuss your pet's needs and their current practices, especially concerning clinic access and diagnostic protocols.

To reiterate, North Regent Animal Clinic can be reached at (914) 937-2200 or +1 914-937-2200, and they are located at 19 N Regent St, Port Chester, NY 10573, USA. We encourage you to conduct further research and consider your individual pet's needs when choosing a veterinary care provider, whether in Port Chester or Bengaluru.

I can’t say enough good things about this practice. Dr. Gina Antiaris, the vet techs and staff treat my dogs like family, always going above and beyond to make sure they’re comfortable and well cared for from start to finish. It’s clear they truly love what they do and I hold their practice in the highest regard. Would recommend them to anyone I know.

Dr. Gina and her whole staff do an amazing job. They really care about their patients and make medicine pickups really easy. Always follow up after sick visits to see how my furry kids are doing. Really the cream of the crop when it comes to veterinarians in the area.

Dr. Garner was outstanding in his field as a veterinarian. He always took time to explain, in depth, the health of my cat and always gave the most practical and reasonable advice on how to care for her. He was also very caring and it was apparent that he loved animals. Our community is fortunate to have had him for so long and for having cared for countless pets through those years. Having said that, his successor, Gina Antiaris, does an excellent job of filling his shoes. Her outstanding care, knowledge, support and advice have been invaluable in keeping my now 20 year old cat in the best shape she can be at this stage of her life. Dr. Antiaris has been there for us in ways that have been above and beyond my expectations. I couldn't ask for more from a veterinarian. Cali and I are both very grateful.
