We took our cat here because our main vet was closed. The veterinarian was extremely rude, and condescending. She assumed we told her something different, when she asked an entirely different question than what she thought - then she made us out to be liars! Thankfully the nurse heard everything that was said and corrected her. Honestly, if the nurse wasn't there and we were left alone with her - we would've left right then. You don't treat your customers like that, especially when we were there because our cat had a cold.

Apr 18, 2025 · Shonna NelsonWe love Dr Lori Spearman, Brittany, Robin, and ALL the staff at North Knox Veterinary Clinic. Excellent care and office, highly recommended.
Jan 24, 2025 · R CI went to North Knox for well over 20 years with my pets. But after Dr Spearman took over the practice everything went to hell. This vet is rude, condescending, unpleasant and I have never dealt with a less professional doctor in all my days. I go to Central Veterinary Clinic now and couldn't be happier. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this "veterinarian."
Mar 15, 2025 · TimGreat vets, awesome staff. They have provided excellent care for my 8 dogs and 1 cat over the past 25 years. I feel like the staff truly care about my furbabies and even me. Grooming, boarding, spays, neuters, everything. Love this clinic.
Feb 13, 2020 · Rhonda C156I am thankful for North Knox Veterinary Clinic for their accommodating me on short notice. My Luna injured her Tree Nail, it was broke and bleeding yet the gentle staff ushered us right in and all's well - thank you so very much..
