I had an excellent experience with Dr. Alex Aaron!! The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the environment was warm and clean. Dr. Aaron took the time to thoroughly explain what she was doing for my dogs yearly check up and answered all of my questions with patience and care. You can truly tell that they love animals and treat every patient like family. My son felt comfortable and was treated with kindness throughout the visit. I’m so grateful to have found such a reliable and compassionate clinic. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality veterinary care!

Everyone here from the front desk to Dr. Mattaur, and everyone in between is absolutely amazing! Every time we head in, everyone is so kind, and knowledgeable, and just so willing to help! I’m a first time pet parent, so I definitely have a lot of stupid questions, but no matter how silly, the team at North Jersey Veterinary Hospital always takes the time to answer each one with patience and understanding. They never make me feel rushed or like a burden, and they genuinely care about my kitty’s well-being. North Jersey Veterinary Hospital is wonderful! I took my senior cat here super concerned because his little sister passed away a few weeks before and I wanted to make sure he was okay. The staff were so extremely nice and welcoming and answered all of my questions and treated Otis with such love and care. Dr. Mattaur was so patient and loving to Otis - hands down highly recommend.

I’ve just started bringing my puppy here and the service is outstanding. I am so glad I made the choice to come here. The staff is informative and always pleasant. You can ask a question online anytime a day and get an answer by the next day. It’s has just a very good experience, all in all so far.

The entire staff is welcoming and very good at what they do. My cat had a PU surgery and it went perfectly. They really care and anytime I have a question or concern they answer very quickly. I trust them implicitly to take care of my baby!
