Unbelievably Inconvenient and Frustrating Experience To Whom It May Concern, I recently called your office, hoping to get a simple quote for my dog's two abscessed teeth. I explained upfront that I had already received a thorough dental inspection from another veterinarian and was merely looking to compare prices. However, despite this clear explanation, your office insisted—no, demanded—that I come in for an in-person visit because it's "standard practice." Sure, that might make sense if I hadn’t already completed everything on my end, but I did. Why on earth would I need to endure an office tour and pay for an unnecessary consultation just to hear what I already know? It’s almost as if your entire approach is designed to be frustratingly complicated, as though every step is part of some elaborate racket. Frankly, I can’t understand why you’ve chosen to make something as straightforward as pricing into a hassle of epic proportions. In contrast, I called McDonough Animal Vet and received an immediate quote—simple, quick, no games. It’s baffling that something so basic would have to be made into such a drawn-out process. I sincerely hope your practice can reassess its business model, as this experience has been profoundly inconvenient.

Everyone I've met here has been great with my new puppy and very nice and welcoming to me. They listen to my concerns, give advice, and reasonable recommendations for my needs. I find the costs of services to be comparable to vets I have used in the past.

Love this place . Found an abused, dehydrated, underweight, sick kitten that I seen someone put out. I picked him up he was very small and very sick and not knowing if he would be saved or not I wanted to atleast give him a chance so I brought him here and the staff was amazing and so was the doctor and they cleaned him up and warmed him up and gave him fluids and antibiotics and now a few days later I must say he’s doing a lot better…. And yes I kept him with the rest of my animals. Pictures below

Everyone there is very kind and helpful. Getting an appt is easy and they’re affordable. They take the best care of my babies and they feel like family!
