Very professional. Great, welcoming atmosphere. Dr. Thomas was amazing and took her time with us. Also, I was very impressed with their follow up and reminders, so helpful!

Dr. Kenyon was so good. She was direct yet sympathetic and walked me through every step of the uethanasia process before and during the procedure making me and my kitty as comfortable as possible. She made me comfortable with the desicion I made so I didnt have to go home wondering if I had done the right thing. Everyone there seems to really care about animal, unlike some vets I've been to that seem to just care about money. Not saying they were cheap by any means but I have yet to find one that isn't pricey. From the receptionist to the tech to the Dr., they all were so compassionate and professional. I highly recommend.

I want to start with saying this place has been taking great care of my 3 pets for the past 3 or so years. We have spent over 4,500 on medications and surgeries. My 14 year old dog and 19 year old cat would not be alive if it wasn't for them. Even though I do feel pushed to get vaccinations here when they are cheaper else where I still love and trust this place. Edit: I had more but it seemed to be handled. I was approached differently this time. Thank you for being a great animal hospital

after getting canceled on last minuet by a mobile service I was able to get Luna (my dog) in the very next business day at this clinic. I have a Pitbull and was nervous to take her to a new location but they were quick and friendly get me right into a room and in and out quickly.

I am very happy with the entire staff at North Central Animal Hospital. The vets are kind, caring, and very capable. The vet techs are awesome with my dogs. And the front desk staff is always helpful and pleasant. I've been going there since I moved to the neighborhood and completely trust them.
