Dec 28, 2024 · tina BollingerAll of the workers are very kind. Dr Kay is very good at her job and knowledgeable. Except when they ALL tell me my Freckles is thick..lol
Jun 27, 2024 · Debbie EppleyI cant begin to say how grateful I am that this establishment took the time to take my sick cat as a new patient on short notice. I had already had him to the er and had a terrible experience and left there $400 poorer with nothing but a pessimisic prognosis and no real expination or advice how to handle the situation except to put him down. He is a relatively young indoor cat with sudden onset jaundice and stopped eating and spiked a fever. I wanted someone to look at him and explain to me what is happening and what if anything I can do. I cannot express the kindness and compassion I was treated with from the first phone call to the end of our visit. I realize that I may loose him but at least I know why now. They gave him fluids and medications and treated him and I with the upmost respect. They treated my furry family member as a soul not a specimen, and that speaks volumes. Thankyou everyone that we had the pleasure of engaging with. You have made all the difference in our world.
Jul 22, 2022 · Kathleen MartinI've been taking my doberman pinscher there since she was a puppy. Dr Kay has consistently and correctly diagnosed and healed my dog of several ear infections and skin infections. Once she had a nasty skin infection from visiting a hospital and another vet incorrectly diagnosed her skin ailment. Performing my due diligence I also took seco to Dr Kay Wagner, and she correctly diagnosed the problem and healed my doberman pinscher. I won't take her to another vet! Dr k is not the most talkative, but she is supremely excellent at her work and exceptionally good with animals. Keep up the great work Dr k, Jim and the rest of the staff at this small veterinarian office.! Fast forward one more year and my dog Seco continues to receive most excellent care from Dr Kay and Jim. She's now a full grown Doberman and after 4 years we have finally received a clean bill of health. When I got her as a puppy she was neglected, underweight and had numerous infections. We have finally solved the problem with the reoccurrent ear infections thanks to the advice of Jim and Dr Kay. They showed me how to properly clean her ears and I just buy the ear cleaning solution from them and sometimes online. We see Dr Kay and Jim the technician twice a year. Once for her annual checkup to verify there is no presence of parasites, to to receive a thorough physical examination and to clean her anal glands. Then again about 9 months later for her vaccinations and again to verify no presence of parasites and to express her anal glands again I've had other dogs before, but I must confess, the Doberman needs a little bit more healthcare than most dogs. I am very glad to have found North Carroll veterinarian services!
May 19, 2022 · Mike ZeeeDr. Wagner truly is the best. She laid with my grandmother's dog all night and we haven't left her since. Truly amazing people. Highly recommend.
