Horrible. If I could give 0 stars I would. My dog was in distress, we believed there to be a stick stuck in his throat, and they told us that they “don’t typically see walk ins” and that they “had to go to the back to check” to see if they could see my dog who was actively in distress freaking out. Horrible help, horrible service, they don’t seem like they genuinely care about animals otherwise they’d have actually tried to help my dog.

Emily the receptionist and Taylor the lead receptionist were beyond rude as I called to get my dog an appointment for a rabies shot. This could not be completed because there was no customer service skills. It was an awful phone call and I will take my service else where. I do not recommend this place unless you like to deal with rude girls who think they do need to do their simple job which is answer phone and schedule an appointment. Seriously deserves a zero. I asked to speak to manager they gave me the email which is probably the email they answer but then again I am assuming and I will email them.

I don't think I can really put in words how thankful I am for Dr. Jamie and the entire staff at North Augusta Animal Hospital. Our dog Riley loves to go to the vet, they are always accommodating, understanding, and take time to calm our nerves when we have concerns. We first started going to their office when we lived in North Augusta in 2020 and have since moved to Thomson. After moving, it was an easy decision for us to continue our relationship with them, despite it being a longer drive. I highly recommend them to everyone I know!

I took my pets here around 4 months after leaving Hammond Hills Animal Hospital! After the lobby never reopened and I never met the vet face to face this was not going to work for me! Further more the girls who came to the car started acting like they were drs and they are not! Another new vet for me! This past Mon a cat got into my fenced in yard and was gravely hurt by my 3 dogs! Dr Hearndon was my 2nd call to see if I could bring this cat and have it put to sleep! The young woman on the phone said no but I could call animal control! How uncaring and inhumane!

after having the feeling that my dog wasnt getting any better with the previous vet i took him to i discovered North Augusta Animal Hospital he got very sick the night before when i took him in they went above and beyond to help my dog but unfortunately he passed away the next day they even went as far as to send me a sympathy card after hearing of his passing his previous vet never could give me a answer of what was wrong with him it felt like they were more interested in my money but this vet explained to me his test results and told me what my options were their prices were very reasonably also
