The customer reviews highlight a strong focus on long-term, consistent care for pets, demonstrating their expertise in managing chronic conditions and providing essential preventative services. Based on the provided information, their services include:

  • Comprehensive Wellness and Preventative Care: This is evident through the mention of clients bringing their dogs and cats for "many years" for ongoing care. • Long-Term Health Management: The clinic's role in the poodle's 16-year long life after overcoming parvo, and the ongoing care for multiple chihuahuas and a cat for many years, underscores their dedication to managing chronic conditions and ensuring a good quality of life for their patients.
  • General Veterinary Consultations: Clients consistently praise Dr. Kathleen's knowledge and her ability to be "great with my animals," indicating thorough examinations and insightful advice on pet health.
  • Limited Routine Surgeries: While a recent update states they are "full service except for routine surgeries such as spays, neuters, and declaw" and are "unfortunately unable to offer those at this time," they do perform a "limited number of male cat neuters." This indicates a shift in their surgical offerings, but they still provide other necessary procedures as required.

The sale of goods at a veterinary clinic typically includes prescription medications for various conditions, preventative medications like heartworm and flea control, and specialized pet foods, though specific inventory details are not provided.

This clinic is 4.9 stars over hundreds of reviews for a reason. Practical, friendly, competent team that loves animals and treats their people like they would their family. Short, reasonable wait. Very reasonable prices. 5-Star team, in my opinion!

This clinic was so compassionate and caring for our dog Hooper. Over weeks of medication and tests and then finally putting our baby to rest they were the most caring people. We would recommend them wholeheartedly.
