10 stars!!! So grateful to have found this vet and within the best doggy daycare/ boarder we know no less! Dr. Tucker and Nurse Taylor were so sweet and compassionate they truly showed how much they care about our baby Rufus. We look forward to many years of visits to come! Thank you!!

Edit 2/11/2025: Some sound dampening would go a long way to improving the experience here, as all sound reverberates like crazy. I understand why it makes sense for the floors to not have anything on them, but some carpet tiles on the walls and ceiling would be a help to mitigate some of it. Still five stars. No real issues here, everyone is courteous and clearly cares about their patients. I've had appointments rescheduled by New Day and it wasn't an issue, communication has been timely. (We have a cat, not sure if the experience would be different with dogs or other pets.) Side note, the only annoying thing is the intermittent beeping whenever I'm on the phone with them or when they call and leave voicemails.

I left a review in the past that was 5 stars but seeing as we need a vet appointment and again there are ZERO indefinitely. We have been going here for years and am now forced to find another vet... PS do not get the wellness plan. They never have a vet on. So it's impossible to get an appointment.

Very unprofessional and never available. Have had their vet plan for over 5 years. Somehow and somewhere it got changed. You get less boarding days and apparently office visits if performed by a vet tech are not covered. Of course no vet is ever at the Jax airport location anyway. I schedule appt online, they call and change them. Show up for the time and date they changed it to and then am told they had to change it again. But no one notifies you. My plan says office visits are covered but I guess they aren't. Just cancelled my plan and now have to find a new vet. But I love pet paradise. No reason to contact you directly. Five years of arguing about where my boarding days are and what I am being charged for that says it is covered is enough. I don't need one more day of it. You have my information. You should be reaching out to me and the many other dissatisfied pet owners that used your service. Since New Day took over it is a disaster.

This vet is okay, once they pick up the phone!! I have to call at least 4 times throughout the day before someone answers. I’ve also been trying to get my dog spayed and keep asking for prices and scheduling and they say they’ll get back to me. What?? How do you not have that information in the system or just put me on hold and ask someone else? Just sloppy.
