My Chicory loves Dr Steve. Can not thank his team enough for the amazing job they do taking care of him. Chicory is a handful and it is a long drive but there’s no one else I trust with his dental health. Dr Steve has helped us with his arthritis and keeping my Boy as spry as he can be at 9. He adores the Vet Manager Tenille. His tail doesn’t stop wagging from the moment he gets there until he leaves. Gives me real peace of mind.

Dr. Capron came very highly recommended by several dog sports friends of mine in addition to my own primary veterinarian! He did an oral surgery on one of my clients pups and was absolutely amazing in keeping us informed every single step of the way. It was very clear that he and his team put all their efforts into providing the best standard of care possible in all realms. Needless to say I would recommend Dr Capron to anyone looking for a very knowledgeable and caring veterinarian, especially if they’re in need of any kind of care for their mouth!!!

I have a very anxious and nervous 15-month old German shepherd who puts everything in his mouth and seems to always be in need of specialty care - haha. Anyway, Dr Capron has cared for our doggy three times now and everytime we go, our family feels at peace knowing Dr Capron and Alyssa (his vet assistant) are the most patient, kind, loving, and calming doctors to have walked into our dog’s life. Our dog had an abscess and needed surgery and the other times were consultations for muscle pain. Each time, they provide very special, gentle, and fear-free care putting our family dog first and making sure his experience is as positive as can be. Dr Capron and Alyssa walk you through every step and detail everything to where you can understand. They sit on the floor to be eye level to the dog and are patient in letting your dog warm up to them before they engage in feeling around which is something not many vets take the time to do. We love and trust them so much and I’m grateful they are in our doggy’s life. We feel safe knowing that :)

Seven Capron is intentionally negligent & does not care about the comfort of your pet. My dog goes to daycare here & we love it so I figured when we needed to get in to be seen for a possible UTI and our other vet was fully booked, we figured why not! They told me they wanted to do a urine sample which I approved of. To my knowledge they were going to do a urine catch since they asked me to keep her from peeing a couple hours before her appointment. The vet tech told me that she was going to take her back to get weighed so they can prescribe the appropriate antibiotic dosage. I ONLY was told they were going to weigh her. They took her behind a closed door. Next thing I hear my dog whimpering and yelping. I was so confused since it was just her weight. A different vet tech popped her head in and says “Do you ever have problems with her at the vet?” in a nasty tone. I replied “No, she loves people and she has gotten many compliments about how she does so well with vaccinations and vet visits” The second vet tech gives me a rude look and disappears again before I could ask what is happening. Turns out, they pinned my dog down on her back, muzzled her and stuck a needle in her belly to extract the urine WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE!!! If they would have told me, I would have told them no I want to be with her since I previously stated that she has sever separation anxiety. Dr. Steve Capron was extremely rude and dismissive of my concerns of them doing this without my knowledge. I had to be the one to hold her and she sat perfectly still and they got the sample. As my dog got up from being on her back, Steve Carpon starts yelling “She’s attacking me!” while I am literally sitting on the floor next to her. I said, “what just happened?” and he starts angrily saying how my dog just tried to attack him and telling all his techs to stay away. My dog is literally sitting in my lap and was not showing a single aggressive behavior towards anyone…. Long story short, this vet staff is absolutely terrible. They do not care of the well-being of your pet.

Absolutely would recommend Dr. Capron and his team of professionals. My 2 pups have been going there for a while now and I can say every experience is great one. They are very great at making sure you’re well informed!
