I am absolutely heartbroken and disgusted by the lack of compassion shown by this veterinary office. Our beloved 20-year-old cat was suffering from mouth cancer, and we made the painful decision to have her euthanized to end her suffering. But instead of allowing us to be with her in her final moments, we were told they were "too busy" and refused to make any accommodations. I cannot express how cruel and inhumane this was. No pet should have to spend their last moments alone in a cold, unfamiliar place without the comfort of their family. The fact that they wouldn't even consider adjusting anything to allow us to say goodbye properly is beyond unacceptable. A veterinary office should prioritize the well-being of both the animals and the owners who love them. This place failed at both. If you love your pet, do not bring them here. They clearly do not care about the emotional well-being of either animals or their owners. Shame on them.

Based on the information available, it's important for potential clients to consider all aspects when choosing a veterinary care provider. The provided customer reviews raise significant concerns regarding the hospital's handling of end-of-life care and customer service. One review expresses deep distress over the inability to be present during their pet's euthanasia due to the clinic being "too busy," highlighting a perceived lack of compassion and prioritization of emotional well-being. Another review details issues with appointment scheduling, deposit requirements, and a feeling of being treated poorly, suggesting a lack of customer service focus.

These reviews present a contrasting perspective to the general expectation of a pet hospital as a caring and supportive environment. My family and I have been bringing our animals to this vet for over 20 years. A few years ago we I had an appointment that was missed. I called to reschedule and they wouldn’t without a deposit. Fine. We decided to take her somewhere else. I called today to get my 12 year old dog (whom Rebecca has been seeing since she was a puppy!) looked at she’s having issues as a senior dog. And get our other dog (that’s appointment was missed) spayed. $$$$$ They would only schedule for the 12 y/o 4 weeks out $60 deposit and wouldn’t even make an appointment for our other dog. Real issue is the way I was treated like we owe them something. Like my animals and I are lucky they would even see us. No grace. No compassion. Lacking in customer service to say the least. That’s not how you run a business or treat people.

They were able to get Max in for his shots today. Otherwise he would have had to wait til August. We have been with Rebecca for 25 years.

Wonderful, friendly staff who always remember our pets when we visit. We have special needs cat, who they take very very good care of when she needs work done. Dr. Skinner is very responsive with answering any questions, and she is also very honest about situations, which I appreciate.
