New Wave Integrative Veterinary Medicine

I am SO grateful to have found Dr. Jetté! I found her practice while searching for an integrative vet to help me with my dog Wiz’s allergies after being offered mainly chemical solutions at our standard vet’s office (though they are wonderful people as well). From the moment we walked into her office, I knew we were in good hands. I’ve never had veterinarian appointments where I felt so heard, and where my beloved dog was so well cared for. We left that first appointment with so many tips, food suggestions, supplement suggestions, and more. Dr. Jetté is excellent about communication and checks in to see how we are doing from time to time! We are now working with her (and our standard vet) on a new health challenge for Wiz (mitral valve degeneration). Knowing that she is on our team of experts helping Wiz has me feeling so hopeful. She is kind, knowledgeable, and is an overall wonderful person that clearly cares deeply about animals and their wellness on a whole body level. Any companion animal and their caretaker would be so lucky to be under her care! I hope to work with her for a long time to come!

Dr. Caroline is super sweet, gentle, kind and wise. She combines her knowledge of traditional and Chinese veterinary medicine to offer a comprehensive treatment plan for your baby. I always learn something when we visit and it’s a delightful experience!

My dog was diagnosed with cancer and my vet at the time gave me no other options besides soaking up the good days. I wanted my dog to have quality “good days” and that’s when my research lead me to Dr. Caroline Jette at New Wave. Dr. Caroline has been our biggest blessing throughout this entire ordeal. She was so tender with my anxious dog and really listened to what I was looking for. Dr. Caroline not only suggested the best course of treatment but she also explained how everything we were doing would only benefit my boy, and help him live the best quality of life with his cancer diagnosis. I felt heard, assured, and confident in her knowledge of holistic medicine. I really appreciate that she takes her time in our sessions and checks in regularly to see how my little guy is doing on his chinese herbs and acupuncture treatment. Dr. Caroline makes you feel like a VIP patient and it’s obvious how much she truly cares about her patients. I know we have found a lifelong genuine vet for our family.

My 7 yr old lab/staffy mix was outside playing in the yard when I heard her cry out in pain, I did not see what happened, but for about 10 minutes she was paralyzed mid back and could not use her back legs. As a pet parent I really feared the worst. After an Vet Er visit, she did recover use slowly, but I really believe that Caroline and her cold laser/acupuncture treatment really sped up the recovery. Gia loves to see her and is such a good patient. Could not thank Caroline enough for getting my girl back to her playful self.
