I have absolutely nothing but glowing things to say specifically about Dr. Holly Stewart. She took such great care of my filly. She was the most communicative Doctor I have worked with to date. I always received phone calls, emails, and updates without having to check in. Whether it was good or bad news, Dr. Stewart gave me options to fit my needs financially, and my horse's needs to keep her safe and comfortable. She has gone above and beyond for my filly's care even after she left the facility. I cannot say enough great things about her. If I ever need to go back to New Bolton I will definitely be asking if Dr. Stewart is available.

One of our sheep, Jasmine, began slowing down around the beginning of September. She was thirteen and a half years old, still trying to keep up with the rest of her senior flockmates. Over the past week or so, she grew weaker. We took her to visit New Bolton, and we were met with the kindest staff. Five to six members of staff immediately met us at our car (she was in the hatch) to triage her. We had never been to a large animal veterinary facility before as we relied on our breeders for support, but our experience with this practice met AND exceeded all of our expectations. New Bolton ran a multitude of tests, and did lots of supportive care for Jasmine. Sadly, we discovered that she was nearing the end of her life. They treated her with dignity, kindness, and respect. She passed along peacefully in the care of the staff before we could make it back to say goodbye. For anyone looking for the highest quality of care of their babies, please visit New Bolton. I'm so thankful that we got to experience the love and compassion that they put into their patients. Our family definitely has a new lifeline for the rest of our flock if they ever need the emergency care. Thank you, New Bolton Staff, for everything you do!! We're so grateful! Pictured is Jasmine with one of her offspring. Sincerely, Jaq and Zakk

Genuinely concerned, thoughtful, caring people. From reception to doctors or other staff walking around. We were upset about our injured doe and confused about where to go, these 2 ladies walking were kind enough to point us in the right direction, in a quiet peaceful manner.

I brought my horse here for care and I simply cannot say enough good things about the experience and the people. The staff was beyond kind and caring. From the front desk, to the support staff, to Dr. Ortved they made a difficult time a breeze and I could not be more grateful! There is no better place to go with an animal in need! Could not more highly recommend!

One of my male goats recently became ill and we could not be seen by any vet locally to our area. My husband and I made the drive to New Bolton which was almost 3 hours away from our home to be seen. Immediately upon arrival we were met by such caring and professional staff. Our Dexter was was given the best care that he could be given, but unfortunately had to cross over to Rainbow Bridge. I would recommend this center to anyone and we plan to use them for future emergency care for the rest of the herd.

What an amazing facility to take care of your ill or injured equine, or farm animal. Everyone there was professional and caring and truly seemed to enjoy what they were doing. They took care of gelding a miniature donkey, Bart, whose testicles had not descended. Bart came through the surgery beautifully and is recovering at home. Can't say enough good things about Dr Levine and the staff at New Bolton. Thank you so much for all that you do!!
