Our first appointment for our old man yorkie was the other day, and I was blown away by the love & care shown to our little man. At his past vet, he always had to be muzzled. Not only did Dr. M not need to muzzle him, her assistant kept him happy & distracted by treats. He actually enjoyed his vet visit! And Dr. M took her time talking with me, really helping me understand his health needs & next steps for best supporting his best life in his senior years. Very thankful for my experience!!

My Pets Wellness — Nolensville Introduce

For pet owners in Nolensville, Tennessee, and the surrounding areas, My Pets Wellness — Nolensville, located at 510 Burkitt Commons Ave Ste D2, Nolensville, TN 37135, USA, operates as a local "Pet Hospital" providing veterinary services. They can be reached at phone number (615) 270-3328 or mobile phone +1 615-270-3328. Online customer reviews offer contrasting perspectives on the care and services provided at this clinic, highlighting both positive and concerning experiences.

One review describes a highly positive first appointment for a senior Yorkie. The owner was "blown away by the love & care shown" to their elderly dog. A notable point was the contrast with the pet's past veterinary experiences, where the dog always required a muzzle. At My Pets Wellness, Dr. M reportedly did not need to muzzle the dog, and the assistant effectively kept him happy and distracted with treats, leading to the dog actually enjoying his vet visit. This suggests a gentle and patient approach to handling animals, particularly those who may be anxious or reactive during veterinary examinations. The reviewer also praised Dr. M for taking the time to thoroughly discuss the dog's health needs and future care plan for his senior years, indicating a commitment to client communication and proactive management of age-related health issues. The reviewer concluded by expressing their thankfulness for the positive experience.

However, a starkly different and critical review presents a significant concern regarding the clinic's pricing and diagnostic accuracy. This reviewer described the staff as "nice" but alleged that they were subjected to a "scam." The core of the complaint revolves around perceived overpricing of medication and a lack of thorough diagnosis. The reviewer took their cat in due to fur loss. They claim the doctor's examination was brief ("just touched him a little"), and the diagnosis resulted in an ointment prescribed for "bruises." The reviewer was quoted a price of $40 for the ointment, which they later found online for $14. They reported paying a total of $160 for what they felt was "literally doing absolutely nothing." Based on this experience, the reviewer strongly advises against recommending the clinic, citing both excessive pricing and inaccurate diagnosis.

These two reviews paint a conflicting picture of My Pets Wellness — Nolensville. The positive review highlights compassionate care, a gentle approach to handling potentially anxious pets, and thorough communication regarding senior pet health. These aspects could be significant features for pet owners seeking a caring and communicative veterinary team, especially those with older or sensitive animals. The willingness to avoid muzzling a previously reactive dog and the use of positive reinforcement like treats suggest a focus on minimizing stress for the animal during examinations.

On the other hand, the negative review raises serious concerns about the clinic's pricing transparency and diagnostic accuracy. The significant price discrepancy reported for the ointment and the feeling of being charged excessively for minimal intervention are red flags. Furthermore, the alleged misdiagnosis of fur loss as requiring treatment for "bruises" suggests a potential lack of thoroughness in the examination and diagnostic process in this particular case. Such an experience could erode trust and lead to financial dissatisfaction for pet owners.

Given these contrasting accounts, it is difficult to definitively characterize the typical environment and services of My Pets Wellness — Nolensville. As a "Pet Hospital," it would generally be expected to offer a range of veterinary services, including routine wellness exams, vaccinations, parasite prevention, and treatment for illnesses and injuries. The positive review suggests that they are capable of providing compassionate care and addressing the specific needs of senior pets. The negative review, however, casts doubt on the thoroughness of their diagnostic procedures and the fairness of their pricing.

Potential features of My Pets Wellness — Nolensville, based on the positive review, could include a staff that is particularly adept at handling anxious or reactive animals, a veterinarian who takes the time for detailed client communication, and a focus on the unique health needs of senior pets. However, the negative review suggests a potential downside in terms of pricing transparency and diagnostic accuracy, which prospective clients should be aware of.

No promotional information is provided in the available data. Therefore, local users interested in learning about any special offers, discounts for new clients, or specific programs offered by My Pets Wellness — Nolensville are encouraged to contact them directly at (615) 270-3328 or +1 615-270-3328. Inquiring about their pricing policies for medications and procedures, as well as their diagnostic protocols for various conditions, might be beneficial for potential clients to make an informed decision.

In conclusion, My Pets Wellness — Nolensville presents a mixed profile based on the limited online reviews. While one customer experienced exceptional compassion and care, particularly for a senior and previously reactive dog, another reported a negative experience involving perceived overpricing and inaccurate diagnosis. Local pet owners considering this "Pet Hospital" should weigh these contrasting accounts. The positive review suggests a caring environment, especially for sensitive animals, but the negative review raises serious concerns about cost and diagnostic thoroughness. Further investigation and direct communication with the clinic may be advisable for individuals to determine if this veterinary practice aligns with their needs and expectations for their pet's healthcare.

This place had a nice staff but they scammed the living human out of me. They are way too pricey and not accurate. I went for my cat because he was loosing furr. The doctor just touched him a little and they gave him an ointment for his bruises. I asked how much is the ointment, she said 40$, I look it up online it was 14$... they took 160$ from me for literally doing absolutely nothing. I do not recommend!

I brought my 6 year old pup Brewer in for a doctor visit because he was vomiting and just not acting right. Tiffany and Dr. Batey were wonderful! They both got down on the floor and spent a lot of time with him and us trying to figure out what was going on with him. They made my pup, who is rather shy, feel safe and comfortable. I truly appreciate the amount of time they spent with us and the care and concern that they showed. Brewer seems to be feeling better already!. Tiffany and Dr. Batey are a 5 star team for sure!

We had the most amazing experience at My Pet Wellness Nolensville. Tiffany was so sweet and went out of her way to entertain my children with goodies and snacks and fun while Dr. Batey talked with me about our dog. Dr. Batey was wonderful and took her time walking me through my dogs plan. I cannot speak highly enough about these two and look forward to seeing them again at Lilly’s next visit!

Our fur babies get the red carpet treatment by the techs and vets. Everyone has been very nice and take time listening and taking care of our dogs needs. It has been easy getting appointments quickly and pricing is reasonable. Dr. Batey has been our dog’s primary Doctor and has been amazing. Our first experience with her was when our Dachshund got in a fight with a deer and ended up with severe back pain. She is all fixed up again and I credit Dr. Batey’s skill set.
