I had a weird, odd experience at this place and I've been coming here for years. This is what happened. My dog needed blood work, found out he had liver issues,Vet called said he needed some kind of medicine to try to lower his numbers. Vet said they would get the prescription ready for pick up. Fast forward a couple days, I go to pick up the medication it wasn't ready. No big deal right? So the receptionist goes to the back asks Vet about where the chews (meds were) I could hear the vet get frustrated about being bothered. Okay whatever people have bad days I guess. I wanted to schedule another appointment for my other dog to check his medical issues too... (The joy of having old dogs right) well I didn't know how far out I needed to schedule because of the type of meds my dog was on and the receptionist had to go ask the vet again how long between visits can my dog come in. Well I can clearly hear the vet in the back room getting loud with the receptionist saying oh my God, I have to get this done, these people always do this every time they don't know anything ..... Now I don't know if she was angry about being brothered by the receptionist or me needing to schedule appts for my dogs and needing meds but it felt like she was talking about how I was interrupting her somehow by not knowing when my dog needs to come into the office to get checked. I could be totally wrong but very unprofessional and I will not be going back for any reason. Terrible place, I felt so disrespected, no thanks I'll take my business elsewhere.

Hello anyone reading this. I would like to start by saying that they have had positive results many times for my pets but now that I'm getting older and unable to drive anymore and I walk as bad as my dog does I paid for a prescription for my dogs pain medication and asked them to send it to me via text or email but they tell me that they are unable to do it. Hey I'm an old guy but I can still keep up with technology. So I think that all the money that I have spent over the years that they might have enough money to buy a computer that is able to send it document via email but they don't, you have to go in person to pick up a written prescription. Not the actual pills but the written prescription. I'll never go to again until they can afford to get a computer. Hell I can't get there myself let alone my dog. They just don't care and their staff at reception is even worse. Hey guys buy a computer and use it

Ive been taking my dog here for years (and my previous dog before that) and called today to ask if they’d responded to the online retailer that I ordered my meds through. They advised that I would either be forced to buy through their store or pay $10 per prescription to have the vet sign off on the request. (And no one bothered to call me, they just sat on the Rx apparently waiting for me to call). Apparently their policy changed and they did not have the decency to waive the fee for me this year as their policy had changed since we went last year. So after the $150 annual vet visit (that would’ve been cheaper elsewhere) they still demand more money. Disrespectful to long time clients. We won’t be back.

They don't really keep you in on what's going on, or what they're doing to your animal, and they also charged me thirty dollars for toenail trimmings, even though my dog only has three legs.

We have used Murray Ridge Animal Climic for years. I got called into work and had to cancel appointment a few hours before. I was nice and felt bad until she said. And you’re canceling appointment why?!? very sarcastic! I’m sad i won’t be returning their prices have gotten so high and they seem to be all about the money. They sent me a bill for 69.00 dollars and long list of reminders of things my dog needs in the future. I’ve spent over 600 dollars there in the last few months. I can’t believe they would send me a cancellation bill. it was out of my control. Never again!
