I highly recommend Murray Hill pet Hospital, the front desk staff was professional and knowledgeable in booking my appointment and during check-in and check out. Dr. Chan was amazing! I have previously been taking my 16-year-old cat to a vet clinic that I was less than impressed with. He needs a dental, but I did not trust the vet that I was currently with. My previous vet never really explained thingsto me about my cats health annd I would I feel rushed and like an inconvenience when I asked questions. Upon meeting Dr. Chan he explained things to me that should have been explained by my other vet from previous years. He gave me detailed information about the dental. Never made me feel pressured or like I was an irresponsible pet owner if I could not Manage to do the dental. Ultimately I am doing the dental because I trust him. The office even went as far as to send me a text message the next day to make sure his checkup and vaccines didn’t have any harmful effects on him. I thought this was a very thoughtful touch! You can tell the clinic actually cares about the well-being of your pet and they take the time to explain everything. He literally spent a good half an hour with me and I feel would have spent more if I needed it.

My cat just had pretty extensive dental work & extractions at Murray Hill Pet Hospital. Everyone on the team who I interacted with was so kind and compassionate and helpful--those at the front desk, the vet techs, and Dr. Chan. I was probably more of a nervous wreck than my cat but they all helped to alleviate my anxiety. The staff was very communicative and responsive and I felt like they took all my concerns seriously. They checked in the day after each appointment to see how my cat was doing. I would definitely recommend this practice and will be bringing my other cat in soon for a check up. Dr. Dan has been my vet since I moved here and I can’t say enough good things about him. He conducts thorough exams and is always prompt with follow-ups, treating every pet as if they were his own. When my pup went in for surgery, Dr. Dan was regularly checking in and wishing him luck. I have complete trust in his care for my pets. Murray Hill Pet Hospital has been our family vet for over 2 years. The appointment process is easy, and Dr. Dan and his team are very kind, professional, and provide excellent care for our two cats.

I had an emergency where my dog was urinating blood. They were able to squeeze me on a Saturday. The staff were knowledgable and friendly. They gave a clear diagnosis and precise instructions that led to a rapid recovery.

This is your go to clinic. I called and they got me scheduled for an appointment in 45 minutes. They are kind, caring, and nurturing. Dr. Chan is very humble and gentle. My kitty doesn’t usually prefer men, but Duncan very much approved of him. Didn’t get the best news today, but the staff handled his results with care and made me feel like my baby was in good hands. Highly recommend!
