Dr. Flegle and her team are outstanding. They truly care about the well being of your pets, and they treat them as if they are their own. My dog really enjoys his various therapy visits, and he always leaves feeling much better than when he came in. I highly recommend their rehabilitation services to everyone!

I came here for touch up laser and rehab for my working line Belgian. On her assessment, we learned she was ouchier than even I realized. The doctors and staff have been phenomenal. They answer all my questions with patience, care, and detail. They also are willing to take their time with my girl, prioritize low stress handling, and even let me introduce my other problem child dog to the facility so he’ll be more comfy when he does eventually go in for rehab. Cannot say enough about what a lovely place this is!

Dr. Shannon Flegle and her team addressed my dog Moose’s long term chronic pain needs utilizing their medical treatment and holistic rehabilitation services. After six weeks of being under the care of Dr. Flegle and receiving rehabilitation services Moose's mobility has greatly improved! He has built up his muscles and has significant muscle tone. Moose bears weight on his problematic left leg and his gait has improved.  As a result, he is more active and playful! He has the stamina to go for longer walks and is able to keep up with the other dogs.  Moose is at a healthier weight now. We were given the tools and education to address his ongoing weight and diet needs. Thank you Dr. Flegle, massage therapist Elisha and the entire team at Murphy Animal Hospital for all of the amazing work, care and compassion! You all have gone above and beyond expectations to ensure that Moose is  successful in his rehabilitation journey. Thank you!!!

I’ve been going to Murphy’s since 2020 and have always loved the vets there, but unfortunately, the office staff has become increasingly careless. This summer, I rescued a pup and brought him in before rehoming him. He had an ear infection, and the bill for his treatment came to around $475. The clinic required a $100 deposit before the appointment, which I paid without issue. However, they still charged me the full amount for the visit, failing to apply the deposit. I noticed the error later that day, called to resolve it, and had to play phone tag with the staff for several days before they finally corrected the mistake. Recently, I needed to make an appointment for my sick dog, but due to the high costs, I had to wait almost three weeks to save up what I expected the visit to cost. When I called to book, I was asked to pay a deposit again. I explained that I was hesitant to pay a deposit because of the clinic’s previous error with my account. The staff member reviewed my records and incorrectly claimed I was undercharged $10 in the past. I explained that the deposit issue had already been resolved, and I even provided the name of the rescue under which the initial appointment was recorded. She eventually found the payment in their system and apologized, but that was the extent of the resolution. Despite being a client since 2020, the clinic insists on requiring deposits, regardless of how they have mishandled my funds in the past. For this reason, I will no longer be bringing my pets to Murphy’s. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told they wouldn’t be available until Thursday and that they don’t have voicemail. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

I got my first cat after my cousins found her wandering outside. I was nervous she might have been sick and I didn't want to get our dog sick. They got us in quick and were able to help me out. She was 3-4 weeks old when we took her and I had no idea what I was doing. The doctor explained all the basics and was real patient with me. While I was there, I made another appointment for them both ❤️ they even have an app! It's user friendly and helpful.
