Dr Darcy is a wonderful vet and very compassionate. All my furry babies have been going to Mountain View Animal Clinic and all of the techs are so compassionate too. I am so happy to have them as our vet. We just put one out beloved dogs to sleep and it was heartbreaking. Dr Darcy was there a long with her techs. They tried to make everything as easy as possible on my family especially with everything we were going through. Thank you for everything all of you have done for my family.

Jan 03, 2025 · Heather CookWe take our dog and our cat here. We recently had our dog neutered and even though i’m an anxious person, they made me feel at ease about the procedure. Dr Darcey is always very informative and kind. The vet techs are efficient and helpful. The front desk attendants are sweet and my phone calls are quickly answered. I would recommend to anyone.
Jun 15, 2024 · Abigail Kate StewartI have nothing but positive things to say about this vet. We were new to the area and hadn't found a vet yet. So when my dog had extremely swollen lymph nodes I was in a panic. I booked online, but didn't realize you need to be an existing patient already to make an online appointment. They took the time to call me and set up one the correct way. They saw my dog extremely fast and got us results within days. Unfortunately, it was the worst news ever. He had cancer. They have done everything in there power to act fast and treat him with dignity and respect. They have been flexible, kind and fast acting to get his symptoms under control and to extend his life for as long as possible. The vet was also very informative and respectful about explaining all the medicines and treatments and the why's. I could not be happier with the love and tenderness they have shown my dog. If you look on Yelp, it seems they have a string of bad reviews. They do have a reservation fee, it seems people don't like to be held accountable, but when you show up the fee goes towards the services you receive. So it is really a protection for their time and their patients time. They have been so professional and kind, I honestly am just so impressed by them.
Nov 08, 2024 · Tess ForseyExcellent Veterinary Clinic! We've been bringing our fur babies here for about eight years now. Dr. Darcey and Lopez provide top notch care, always taking time to carefully explain possible condions or diagnoses. We never feel rushed in and out of appointments; the rest of the supporting staff is kind and friendly.
Mar 26, 2024 · Susan LococoTook my new dog in to get a check up. It was discovered that day at the vet that my dog came from an Indian reservation. When that info was discovered the vet immediately started to talk down on me and my dog. Without even knowing the personality of my sweet boy the vet continued to bash on me and my dog as if she knew both of us all our lives. The check up had quickly turned into a lecture. On top of that, I was charged a late fee during my visit for being 10 minutes late. I had no clue about their strict late fee policy. Had I known that, I could have been there much earlier. At the end of the visit, I went home very sad and angry because of the way the vet talked about my dog. He is such a sweet boy who is only a year old. He loves to play with my other dog and he enjoys the company of my friends and family. He didn’t deserve to be talked down on like that and I surely didn’t deserve the lecture. All we simply wanted was a friendly and helpful checkup. I wish we had got that.
