Dr. Wiley is absolutely amazing! She has such a kind heart and is so gentle. My dog is 18 years old and he means the world to me and she treated him as if he was my child. I appreciate everything she did for him that day, he had been off of his anxiety medication for a little while and she immediately got me a script to get it filled for him and he is back to being his old happy self not anxiety ridden and nervous . Please tell her I said Thank you again from the bottom of my heart and I look forward to seeing her again. It was such a pleasure getting to meet her and all of the staff at Monroe County Animal Hospital. Everyone was so welcoming and it's so refreshing to have found a veterinarian's office where people are kind and compassionate. I used to work at a vet's office so I know how difficult it can be dealing with customers and the phone ringing and everybody pulling the doctors and technicians and receptionist in every which way possible but your staff are amazing and I plan to bring my other dogs there as well and would love to always see Doctor Wiley.

We had just acquired a house with a small farm a week prior, and had a nanny that was birthing two kids at the same time. We needed help immediately, and quickly found the facility. They worked with us even though it was last minute and helped facilitate the emergency situation. I was impressed with the knowledge, care, concern, and professionalism that I experienced as they took care of Alice our goat. I will certainly go back to their facility for future needs and highly recommend them!

I have been taking my fur babies here since I have had them. One had breast cancer and one has seizures . When I lost my one with. Cancer they were so caring and understanding . They may be a little more but they are so worth it . I wouldn't go anywhere else with my babies .

They seemed knowledgeable and nice! I really liked it here. My only picky complaint would be that my puppy was getting a test done and needed a probe up his rear. The girl that did it said that she wasn't expecting my pup to be as small as he was but ended up probing my pup and he screamed and was in obvious discomfort. My pup will be fine but she said "I may have to get a small one" at one point during the process indicating that there were smaller probes. I think she should've gone back inside and gotten the smaller ones just to avoid pain for the pup. He's healthy and fine and I'm grateful for this place! But this is my reasonable criticism. Best not to do that again, especially with someone who is less forgiving when it comes to their pets.
