We’ve brought 5 cats to them and they’re always so nice and caring for our pets. Big problems small problems they put you and your babies at ease. Most recently we took in a stay with a large open wound and we were pretty scared for her, they treated her and walked us through what was going on. They didn’t over charge and actively worked to get her the best help.

My daughter took her cat to this establishment. By Sunday the cat's neck was swollen and when I questioned her about the treatment she informed me that they claimed that it was a bit that got infected, and had cleaned the wound. After looking at the cat I saw something wrong and inspected the wound. Low and behold there it was, a warble. Took the tweezers and pulled it out. Now after $265, I have a cat with a massive hole in it neck and a small container of cream. Shame on you.

I am so happy we decided to switch to MACH! I have two dogs: a laid back lab and plott mix who is anxious and fearful. Our lab’s visit was informative and helpful, and we came up with a game plan to keep my other dog comfortable for his visit. Looking forward to more positive experiences and the personalized experience we’ve been looking for!

We brought our sweet Asher into the vet after he ate something and the vet had to do surgery. Dr. Wise and her staff were absolutely so amazing and took great care of Asher before, during, and after surgery. When we took Asher home, Dr. Wise made us feel comfortable and always let us call if we needed anything at all. She answered us or called back very quickly. I couldn’t recommend them more. We love Monroe Animal Care Hospital and we are very grateful for the most amazing staff

Very caring and professional staff. Clean, welcoming environment. Dr. Lewis did a thorough exam and explained her findings and care plan so that I knew exactly what to expect. Made sure I didn’t have any questions before I left and told me not to hesitate to contact them if I had any concerns or questions prior to upcoming follow up visit. Very happy with care provided by Dr. Lewis and the staff at Monroe Animal Care Hospital.
