The Grimshawe's are the best duo Erie needed for Veterinary care. I could not be more thankful for their exceptional care, knowledge and compasion while caring for our lab mix who was misdiagnosed and was given a poor prognosis by our previous vet prior to seeking a second opinion at Millcreek Animal Hospital. Everyone staff member I have encountered has been so kind and truly care about your pet. Our dogs autoimmune condition is now well managed and is considered to be in remission. They take the time to discuss your pets care and treatment plan. other lab has seen Dr. Ivy at a previous vet practice and she is exceptional as well. I highly recommend Millcreek Animal Hospital whether you need to establish care, or seeking a second opinion, I would trust no other than the Veterinary Team at Millcreek Animal Hospital! We live almost 40 minutes away from the practice but they are absolutely worth the drive!

May 17, 2025 · Alyssa BohrerDr Ivy is the most amazing, compassionate and caring vet I have ever encountered. When our Thor crossed the rainbow bridge the environment they provided was so thoughtful and caring. I would highly recommend Dr.Ivy she is Simply The Best. Thank you from The Glass’ and our loving caring yellow lab THOR.
Dec 07, 2024 · Nancy GlassI can’t say enough good things about this vet and Dr. Ivy. We weren’t regular patients here, but we had an emergency with one of our dogs, and our usual vet couldn’t get us in. They got us in immediately, and Dr. Ivy was so compassionate and caring during such a difficult time with the passing of our dog. Her kindness and the care she showed us made such an impression that I decided to switch my other two dogs to her care. She is absolutely amazing – she takes her time, listens, and truly cares about her patients and their families. I’m so grateful to have found her and can’t recommend her enough.
Jan 09, 2025 · Aimee KastStaff is very compassionate, they saved our dog years ago when she had a severe case of parvo. This last week our Silkie Chicken was not eating, drinking or walking. We made an appointment and took him in to be checked. Blood test was still pending and for the most part, the X-ray looked clean as well. The following day he unfortunately passed away. The Doctor who cared for him seemed very realistic and very knowledgeable. I think it was just his time unfortunately. (Sadly this is the cycle of life…you CANNOT FORCE an animal to recover) This was not Millcreek Animal Hospital’s fault, they did everything they possibly could to help him. They said to call to keep them updated, or if we have any concerns or questions. I did call them to let them know he did unfortunately pass away(it was very quick). I did give him a warm blanket and some of the pain meds they prescribed to at least keep him comfortable during his transition. Would like to thank everyone for their time and efforts during this difficult time. It is greatly appreciated!
Nov 01, 2024 · JackieMy baby Justice was sent to heaven today. I couldn’t have had a more peaceful and compassionate experience for her and us. Such gentle staff and doctors. Humane process and they give you the control to say when you’re ready and when you’re done. As much time as you need. They made the room set up for her with her name, a blanket, tissues, and chocolates and gave her lots of love. The clinic was silent allowing my dog to not be nervous and give us our necessary time and her attention. And they allowed all 3 of us back with her unlike some clinics I’ve heard of only allowing 1. I 100% recommend this place forever more! Thank you guys so much for making a very difficult process the best it can be 💜💜
