They took in a kitten with a broken femur, contacted our rescue (Be Their Voice Animal Rescue) to see if we could accept her (YES!), got her stabilized and on pain meds, completed the surgery, and kept us fully informed the entire time. And then, one of their amazing techs brought the kitten all the way to me (~2hrs) so I could take over her care. Just phenomenal animal care and people care as well. Dr Underwood and Dr Melhado and their staff are kind, caring professionals and if they were closer, I'd gladly use them for regular visits!
