Understanding the deep bond between pet owners and their animal companions, the clinic aims to offer professional and caring services to ensure the well-being of your beloved pets.
As a Pet Hospital, Milford Veterinary Clinic is positioned to provide more than just basic veterinary care. This category typically encompasses facilities equipped to handle a range of medical needs, from routine wellness examinations and vaccinations to more complex diagnostic procedures, surgical interventions, and emergency care. The goal of a pet hospital is to be a central point of contact for all aspects of a pet's health journey.
Based on the limited information available, primarily consisting of two contrasting customer reviews, we can begin to understand some aspects of Milford Veterinary Clinic. One review paints a picture of a responsive and compassionate service, particularly in emergency situations. The reviewer recounted being seen immediately during a pet emergency and praised the kindness and approachability of both the veterinarian and the front desk staff. This positive feedback also highlighted the unexpectedly reasonable prices, suggesting a commitment to providing affordable care. The reviewer expressed satisfaction and a sense of relief in finding the clinic.
Conversely, the second review details a negative experience concerning the perceived rudeness and lack of empathy from a staff member. This account describes a situation where a pet owner, dealing with the imminent loss of their long-time companion, was allegedly questioned insensitively about the cat's recent veterinary history. The reviewer felt this comment was unwarranted and demonstrated a lack of consideration for their emotional distress, leading to a negative recommendation of the clinic.
These two reviews offer contrasting perspectives on the client experience at Milford Veterinary Clinic. While one highlights positive aspects such as prompt emergency care, friendly staff, and reasonable pricing, the other raises concerns about the sensitivity and professionalism of at least one staff member, particularly in emotionally charged situations. It is important for potential clients to consider both of these viewpoints when evaluating the clinic.

Dec 11, 2024 · Stephanie AltomareBeware of rude and disrespectful office staff here at this facility. My mom had gone into the office to have my 15+year old cat looked at due to her health taking a rapid turn for the worst literally overnight, prompting major concern so she had her examined only to find out a staff person had the audacity to question my mom on why our cat hasn’t been to the vet in a while (making it look like she nor my dad for all these years were not taking proper care of our cat when all along she was happy and healthy and not showing any signs of distress or physical health decline other than she had bad legs due to arthritis and age). It was found that she had to be put down and my parents were obviously very heartbroken and sad . I felt like the comment by the staff person/ vet was totally unwarranted in a time where my parents had to deal with something so hard. I don’t recommend this clinic and recommend go elsewhere cause the staff seem to have no consideration for other people’s feelings here.
Mar 13, 2025 · Courtny RomanoAs a devoted pet owner all my adult life, I have been to several vets for my animals. Milford vet is by far, above and beyond, the best vet I have ever had the privilege to take my pets to. All the staff are so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They have worked to ensure all my pets are comfortable and happy when they’re visiting which in turn makes me relaxed and lets me know it’s the best place they could be. I trust the Milford vet staff with all of my pets and will forever sing their praises! Thank you!
Oct 14, 2024 · Morgan BillingsI love what they’ve done for me and my family, the prices are reasonable and it’s never too busy to be seen. But calling them can be a bit of a nightmare. I have to call 2-3 times or more to be heard because the front desk will answer and then hang up, mind you most times I’m just trying to make an appointment.
Jan 25, 2025 · Genevieve LeskowskyI found Dr. Kathy after bringing in a litter of 12 puppies who had contracted mange. I called dozens of practices and they call turned me away. Dr. Kathy said bring the worst 2 and leave the others home to rest. That made logical sense to me since whatever one has, they all have, and it didn't make sense to stress them all out. With her help, we saved every puppy in that litter! We adopted one of those dogs and she is still our vet today. I trust her 100%. She's not a new age vet who tests for every little thing, but honestly with her experience I don't think she always needs to. She's seen it all. She's truly a gem.
